They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

Lesley came out and did the initial valuation, I was put at ease from the off and it made it an extremely easy decision for me to put my house on the market with Martin and Co. Once the house had gone on the market Abby took over for the sales progression. This was not an easy sale but Abby kept me well informed throughout and I could not be more grateful to her for all the support and chasing she had to do throughout. I am so happy that I chose Martin and Co. I would absolutely sell my house through Martin and Co again.

Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly committed to providing excellent service from start to finish. They took the time to understand my needs and offered clear, honest guidance throughout the entire process. Communication was always prompt and reliable, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and dedication to achieving the best possible results. I highly recommend Northwood Liverpool to anyone looking for dependable and high-quality estate agency services. I would gladly work with them again!
13th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)Firstly, for block management I'd give 7 stars if I could - in particular Debs is outstanding, top tier communication, and is on top of all issues, absolutely could not fault Debs and Northwood for this. I also use Northwood for managed tenancy, and would love to give 5 stars, as in most areas they have been brilliant, but are occasionally let down by timely communication and follow up, which can be frustrating. Overall though, they are much better than any other agents we have used, and would personally recommend them.
15th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)I have recently rented out my home through Lesley Hooks with the help of Claire & Charlie! Something that i thought was a daunting experienced turned out to be stress free and easy because of these two! I was really nervous with it being my first time and they explained all the things i needed to get in place and guided me through every step. It felt easy having them explain it all to me, they had all the contacts for all the certificates i needed and advised me on the landlord insurer they recommend. Lesley came to my property to take the photos and she was lovely! Her knowledge and experience is amazing. Claire really made me feel like i was in safe hands as she managed all my viewings of the property and kept me updated. Finding a tenant with Claire really took away my concerns and anxiety about the whole situation and she really did help me find the perfect couple for my home! I cannot recommend the experience i've had with Lesley Hooks enough simply because of these girls! They made the experience comfortable & easy, nothing was too much hassle for them and i didn't feel stressed like i thought i would! I actually ended up enjoying the experience of becoming a landlord for the first time in the end and i don't think i would have if i didn't have their help and guidance. Thank you Claire & Charlie for all your help!

9th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)We sold our house 3yrs ago we had 3 valuation and Karl tatler was the middle of the valuation so went with them. I specifically asked if I went with them I didnt want a board outside my house and they agreed, the following day a board appeared outside our house, we were out so didnt see it till we came back. I phoned them the very next day to complain & they said they would take it down as I said the damage was done so left it, just shows they do not listen to your wishes.
22nd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Thank you to everyone at BFL! My house move from start to finish was drawn out, and very stressful, but BFL made it easier throughout! From me making the wrong decision and going with another estate agent, to coming back to BFL, to the date of completion, BFL were proactive, organised and communicative. I truly believe everything would have fell through, if not for their incredible and hard work. My only regret is not choosing them sooner. They went above and beyond the entire time, such as chasing other solicitors in the chain, and having to deal with my not so nice neighbours calling them. They handled everything professionally and efficiently. I will be forever grateful!

Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!

Would highly recommend as they are a reputable estate agents with a long standing good reputation and now after choosing them I can see why! Thanks so much ????????????

Whilst we was dealing with the pain of bereavement and deciding to sell our parents house, dealing with Darren was friendly, very knowledgable and professional advising us through all the stages of selling the property and made the process as easy as possible. He was available and a constant throughout and went above and beyond to keep us updated right through to completion when we was not getting much updates from the Solicitor.

6th May 2026 (0 days ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!
