Brennan Ayre O’Neill have just sold my house , I have to say throughout the process all staff have been very informative starting with Rob when he came to do the initial valuation through to Liz arranging the viewings and Carla keeping me updated on a regular basis throughout the process.
All staff have been professional with a friendly approach and are very knowledgeable within the industry and I have to say selling my house through them has been a “STRESS FREE” experience which I am sure not many can say when buying/selling a property.

This firm came recommended to me, and I used it to sell my father's flat. All the staff I came into contact with were pleasant, professional and did everything that they said they would do. Because I don't live in the vicinity of the flat in question, the office staff looked after interested parties, taking them around the flat on my behalf. I was kept regularly informed on what was going on, both by telephone and by e-mail. A sale might not have been concluded as quickly as it was if it was not for the proactive recontacting of one interested party by a member of staff (having asked for my authority to do so) when we decided the drop the sale price. A very good experience.
I cannot express enough the service provided by Rhys and his colleagues at Jones and Chapman, Prenton. As a first time buyer it was invaluable to have Rhys as my mortgage advisor. He got me the cheapest mortgage on the market and made sure I was supported and fully understood the process throughout. He was approachable and a credit to his team. I can not recommend using Rhys and his Lifetime Service highly enough it made everything stress free!
I have spent considerable time speaking with a different estate agent, explaining a complex situation to make sure they fully understand my requirements and provide the right solution for me.
As soon as the property went on the market I received a call from Jones and Chapman enquiring how my viewings were going. It was a blatant attempt to try to rattle my confidence in my chosen agent, but I didn't mind the call, I appreciate it's just business.
That was yesterday.
Today I received another call from someone else at Jones and Chapman with a similar pitch, asking if I have any viewings today or tomorrow. Again trying to unsettle my confidence in an agent who have taken the time to understand my needs and requirements.
1 call is fine, but 2 in 2 days takes the piss.
You'd get more respect from me if you put more effort into the top of your funnel to win your own business rather than trying to steal business from competitors before they've even had time to prove themselves.
For this reason I will never give my business to you.
These wonderful ladies are an absolute dream to work with! They are not only super professional but incredibly down to earth and personable. I From the minute they stepped into the property they knew exactly what I needed and filled me with confidence. They are honest and have your best interests at heart!
