21st Oct 2024 (7 weeks ago)I have moved properties with this agent for the second time. Our previous landlord was selling the property and the agency kindly relocated us without any hassle and helped in all matters. I.e. van removal, updating bills and so on.

14th Oct 2024 (8 weeks ago)Avoid!!! Scam!!!! I’ve “won” this washing machine, basically I’ve won 2 washing machines in this lot… ohh wait: ive won the one it looks like it was in a car crash!!!! ???? I’ve complained of course… and they just void my invoice, and they refused to give me the machine in better conditions… by law they have to!!!!!!! So… I can conclude this is a scam, be careful, don’t spend your hardworking earned money with them!!! Some of this people don’t deserve to have a job.

Very disappointed from this agency All agency’s in uk are not wanted to give homes to the Indians and I don’t know what is the reason behind it we Indians especially Kerala people are more care for the houses and trying to keep our premises neat and tidy always if 1 person has done anything wrong don’t put it in action to others .this is very disgusting .and more over if child is there no one should approach this agency because ur going to loose ur time . Seriously they will not give homes and they will make some excuses very bad service .and wanted to tell more but this page is not enough for that

Tracey Rogerson Wilson conversed with our solicitor and sellers solicitors and went above and beyond to make this stressful situation a very smooth one. Megan and her colleague Caroline followed up with my application right away and got me sorted. The front of office team is very adept and approachable.

16th Feb 2024 (9 mo. ago)Brian Davies and wife Linsey (West Kirby Office) could not have been more helpful since I purchased my late son’s house. If I do not know what to do I phone Brian or walk to the West Kirby Office and both of them do their best to sort out what ever is a worry to me.

They know me on first name terms which I feel is easier to communicate and chat with staff. All staff are great. I have had a few mortgage advisors and at present Nicolas Cabo has been the best. Will informed and explained everything as it should. I wolud recommend him to anyone who needs a mortgage. Top guy. Thanks. A.

18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

19th Oct 2024 (8 weeks ago)I didn't sell a property with infinite, I was the buyer, however it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Darren. We kept in constant contact over the purchase of the house. Darren kept me updated from his and sellers end of things and I kept him up to date with my end. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a couple of viewings and all my questions and queries were answered promptly. Nice to see an estate agent actually doing some really good work. 10/10 from me.
5th Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)I recently bought a bungalow through Hewitt Adams. Grace was the agent handling the sale. She was an absolute star throughout what was at times a very stressful process. At all times, she was quick to respond to requests, gave helpful advice and kept me informed. I also have had lot of contact with Kirsty as I've been viewing property on behalf of my brother who lives in Yorkshire. Kirsty is, a very professional, helpful estate agent who has resolved issues quickly and effectively. Kirsty also helped my daughter to buy her house which was a smooth successful purchase with Kirsty's help I would highly recommend both Grace and Kirsty
5th Jul 2024 (23 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
