We received an excellent service from Tom and the team. Tom was by far the most professional agent to provide an initial valuation. For the significant amount of work involved, the service also provided good vfm. The team did all the viewings as well as follow ups/chasing. They were efficient, courteous and professional at all times. I had bought a house a few months earlier and the agent used for this did not match BAO. Highly recommended
