After a very frustrating and disappointing period using Clive Watkin as my letting agent, I transferred to BAO where the experience was completely different. Daniel Green worked hard to overcome all problems, was always accessible and always willing to help. I have sold the property now but I am very grateful for the honest and efficient service I received. BAO, unlike other agents, don't take kickbacks from dodgy contractors trying to flog you a DPC or some other hideously overpriced and unnecessary scheme.
