This is the first time I have sold and bought a new house and chose Clive Watkin as a friend recommended them as they had bought & sold through them in the past. I haven't been disappointed, they are extremely professional and Cathy has been a star all the way through, along with Ashleigh & Amie. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are always on hand to answer the simplest question that you may think is a silly question. I will be recommending them in the future to anyone that needs an estate agent.

I can't speak highly enough of Amie and Clive Watkin in general. Amie heads up the sales team and she is extremely polite, professional and a real expert in the local property market, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to you. Brian Davies who heads up the lettings team is also fantastic, supported by Jo, Jane and Sue who are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Brian is extremely responsive, provides first class service and I've never been let down once in over 15 years of doing business with them and don't expect to. Clive Watkin are superb.

Excellent service, Joanne and Claire were both courteous, professional and friendly throughout. Joanne provided status updates and information to me quickly and was available both by phone and email to answer all of my questions. When it came time to sign my documents Claire made sure

Fantastic Service. They only had the property for 7 days and found us 2 Viewings. They sold our property in Little Sutton before 2 other estate agents who had listed our house for 6 weeks. Great service from the Little Sutton branch!
We decided to go with Clive Watkin for the sale of our house because of how personable and professional we felt the service was from the get go! The valuation appointment at our home with Sadie was a level above other estate agents that we had explored. We were kept informed on progress and interest in our property regularly and we sold after 2 weeks!
Matt has been great with the negotiations on price for both the sale of our home and purchase. We would 100% recommend these guys.

We had a fabulous experience sorting out our tenancy with Natasha Linton from Clive Watkin Neston. Natasha and her colleague Debbie accompanied us on a viewing of the property on 20th January, they were helpful and friendly throughout. We decided to apply for the property and Natasha stayed in touch throughout the process providing us with updates and answering any questions we had. Now less than 4 weeks later we have recieved the keys to our property and have begun moving in! Thank you for all your help throughout, would highly reccommend :)
