Kash was delayed for our initial apartment which wasn’t the best of starts for giving us confidence, however, since then he has been very efficient by returning my calls & emails very promptly. From the start Kash explained that he was available 24 hours a day 7 days a week & this has certainly been the case. It is very convenient to be able to make contact & receive answers during the evening or weekend when most agents are unavailable. Would definitely recommend.... Read more

With a telephone number given alongside the Rightmove ad, no-one bothers to respond - instead i got the usual merry-go-round of automated messages that were no use at all.
