Can’t recommend Tim and the fish 4 mortgage guys highly enough. Tim was friendly and easy to talk to, explained everything at every stage and continually chased everyone up and made sure the mortgage was moving forward, speaking to solicitors, estate agents, insurers, lenders to really help and take the stress out of buying a new home. Highly recommended Fish 4 Mortgage essentially Tim. Tim is so friendly and knowledgeable and very welling to help. My husband and I both self employed so our mortgage is a hard case we spoke to other mortgage brokers before but seems they only like to take easy cases until we are luckily met Tim who was working really hard to get our mortgage even was in Covid lockdown time our business had to shut most lenders refused to offer mortgage to us but Tim was keep trying never give up finally we had mortgage bought our first house under his help! We just couldn’t thank him enough! Tim is so good for his job once again Tim helped us to secure the investment mortgage with a really good offer. Thank you Tim! Andre was fantastic. He took a proactive approach in pushing responses from both my real estate agent and the associated mortgage provider. He went above and beyond often being the first to update me with critical information throughout the buying process which took a huge stress from my shoulders. A MASSIVE thank you to Andre for securing a fixed rate mortgage for us. We've always used Fish 4 Mortgages for help in securing the right deals for us over the last 8 years and they have always been very helpful, polite, and provided great communication throughout the whole process. Andre will always remember our case as it was very complex and time consuming. However Andre was on hand all the way through the 6 month process and helped chase solicitors, estate agents where there was a severe lack of miscommunication, he even visited our seller to speed things along. Tim of Fish4Mortgage was recommended to me by a friend who had a very positive experience whe she purchased her first house, and so did I. Tim took away the stress of dealing with solicitors, estate agents, insurance and so on. He was always at the other end of the phone, very quick to reply to messages and phone calls, quick to contact the relevent parties and very reassuring.
