This company was recommended to me by a relative. As first time buyers, we were completely clueless and needed any advice possible. I met with Tim, worried I might not be able to get a mortgage just yet, explained our situation and a short while later, we’re in our new house, home owners!! Can’t recommend Tim and the fish 4 mortgage guys highly enough. Tim was friendly and easy to talk to, explained everything at every stage and continually chased everyone up and made sure the mortgage was moving forward, speaking to solicitors, estate agents, insurers, lenders to really help and take the stress out of buying a new home.
