When my parents died we got Averys Estate agents to advise us, Daren Podbury MD was quick and efficient at advising us the best way to sale the property, we went the Auction route as he advised this, although this didn't go strictly to plan in the beginning, which was nothing to do with Daren at Averys Estate agents , (solicitor's/probate) at all times Daren and Averys Estate agents acted professionally, polite and friendly even when I got frustrated at times with the process, Daren Podbury MD always sent a reassuring email that was positive.

Bought my first flat through averys and it was smooth sailing throughout, my dad bought a few houses in the past through Darren too. They were very easy to contact and kept me informed by email and phone how things were going. At no point was I worried or left in the dark. The thing about averys is that it's big enough to have a stamp on westons market and seems to attract very nice tidy properties, but also small enough to make you feel that you're a priority. I'm hoping to buy another place in the next finacial year and I'd be sure to keep an eye out on the properties averys have coming on.

Faultless service from Eva and the team at Avery’s! Eva’s visit to the rental property was scheduled for two days after my initial enquiry. The support and guidance she provided was both helpful and very welcome; we only have one such property so are relative novices. It was quickly advertised, leading to several viewings and offers; again guidance as to tenant suitability was appreciated. Therefore everything else went very smoothly, references, inventory and key handover. I really can’t think of anything that could have been improved upon. Thank you for a great service; highly recommended.

not going to remove as it was your fault that i had this problem .
when i asked for it to be sorted it was only sorted after this 1 star review, and after i had to clear it up my self.
as a heads up if this had been sorted when they first came out

I have never used Averys but the house next door is let by them.
The fence was replaced on monday 6th march by Knoll View Property Maintenance who thought it was not their job to leave the shared path and my drive way in a clean and mud free state.
I reported this to Averys on Tuesday, and they got the contractor to come back and clean up, i say clean up, but they did nothing there is still mud on the path and on my drive. i would think long and hard before you use this company while they stil use a contractor who finds it too much trouble to finish the job. Would not trust them to fix a problem with their workmanship from what i have seen.

Have used a couple of letting agents in the past and not been particularly impressed, Avery, however, are in another realm. Their team, particularly Mandi, whom I met and is very helpful and knowledgeable, and Eva dealt with everything from start to finish and even dealt with some stuff that I don’t even think is in their remit. All sorted super quick and problem free and, best of all, required zero input from me! Very happy all round. Would definitely recommend.

I have been with Avery estate agents for just a bit over a year now, I am extremely impressed with both Mandi and Eva's performance, I would like to add never in my life did I think I would ever leave a review about an agency as my experiences have been negative!!
However both Mandi and Eva have completely turned that around, very response and thing never get swept under the carpet with these guys, if there is a question that needs answering, number 1 you are informed that the email has been acknowledged and 2 you always get an update, even if the takes a while to get you an answer, I am confident that even if I do not get a response at the requested time the query is genuinely getting looked into and this simply means they have not got an answer at this time, never have I felt that I am being told what I want to hear!!
Responses via email or over the phone such as:
Hi Adam, I have busy week ahead I will get on this next week, or I have not had chance to chance this up I will do so now. Totally honest updates, so I am not left thinking is this going to be answered or what.
However the above responses very rarely happen, these examples were when we were going into lock down and things were up in the air.
I purposely waited 1 year to send my review to see if Mandi and Eva good review worthy and they totally smashed it.
I wish to stay with Avery's estate agents for the rest of my renting days :)

I have used Avery's, both to buy and sell properties for many years and they have always provided a first class service.
I have recently used them to find a tenant for my property. I cannot fault anything they did and I was kept informed of all developments along the way.
Renting properties has become a minefield over recent years for landlords with constant changing legislation but Mandi is fully up to date with these changes and made the whole process easy.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Avery's to anyone. Several members of my family have used their services for buying, selling and renting over the years. Its their friendliness, attention to detail and professionalism that I continue to use them.

I was going through a very difficult time in my life, and the team at averys we’re excellent, they did everything and anything they could do to ease at least one burden in my life (selling my property) They went above and beyond just marketing and selling my property, any worry’s I had they would happily listen and and any queries they would find the answers, a great estate agent.

Every one at Avery Estate agents were a great help to me with the sale of my mothers property.
Nothing was a bother to them and I was always able to ring them to ask questions or leave messages and they would always ring back when they were back in the office.

We have only praise and admiration to express for Avery and their help and guidance we received over the recent months. Specifically, we would like to thank Mandi and Sarah who went over and beyond our expectations with managing purchase of our new house.
Our sale/purchase took over 5 months to complete due to delays in the chain. Our own agent who supposed to manage the sale was disappointingly passive and uncooperative in all their efforts, so we were extremely thankful that Mandi and Sarah were there to assist. If not Avery we would have probably walked away from the sale due to stress and lack of support from our own agent.
It is uplifting and reassuring that there are still people who care and willing to give you a helpful hand selflessly. Thank you so much Avery, thank you so much Mandi and Sarah, you are both remarkable!

We recently bought a house through Avery. A very professional, well run estate agents with fantastic customer service. Mandi handled every query we had and often helped us with keeping things moving. Joe showed us a number of houses and went out of his way to accomadate us. He also called us back and kept us informed when Mandi was unavailable. A great team and I would recommend them to anyone.

Throughout our sale and purchase we have been extremely pleased with the service we received from Averys. Everyone in the office is friendly and really helpful. When we had viewings with Joe and Darren, we were kept up to date at all times and had plenty of notice for viewings. Once our property was sold, Mandi looked after us extremely well. Our sale took 5 months to complete but Mandi relentless chased solicitors and our purchaser on our behalf. If Mandi wasn’t involved in our sale and didn’t work so hard, I can honestly say we would still be waiting to move.

after a very long sale, due to problems with related sales in the chain, which went on for nearly 10 months, we finally completed and moved! must say the team in milton branch, were very professional, kept us informed, and chased up rather slow other estate agents and solicitors in the chain...they earned there commission on this sale! dont think you would get this level of service via a web based estate agent. would use them again, but hopefully never will, as happy here in our new home.

Darren, Mandi and the team at Avery Estate agents were a fantastic help to us as we attempted to purchase our new home through Avery Estate agents. We had a prolonged and difficult time as two buyers pulled out of buying our house, but managed to obtain a third buyer who wanted a quick purchase. In the end it took the best part of six months to get our house sold. During this time, the team were extremely patient, helpful and with total professionalism worked with us to achieve the purchase of our new home. We very much appreciated the fact that whilst we were buying a property listed through their agency, we were not actually the client. Yes, it was in their interests to finalise a sale and we were a means to that end, but the help that they gave us went well beyond what we would normally expect of a purchaser. Would we list our property through Avery’s? You bet!
