Great team at the Amersham office. Good advice on the ‘right’ price for my property which sold within a month!
Their communications and calmness during the, somewhat stressful, moments of conveyancing made this a perfect process for me.

Despite all the problems and setbacks of selling a retirement flat Frosts have stayed with it and we have now completed on the sale. As executors of the previous owners will we are hugely relieved that the sale has now gone through. In the end It was simple and straightforward - after Frosts found us the perfect buyer! Josh Wilkinson deserves a mention. He always did what he said he would - when he said he would, is always positive and made everything very easy for us. Well done!

Frosts we’re the third estate agent we appointed when trying to sell a retirement apartment in Amersham. Retirement apartments are notoriously difficult to sell but Josh, who was handling our sale, did a great job, as did the manager of the Amersham branch.
Josh kept in regular touch about any progress - or lack of ( which is just as important) - and we had useful advice on price from the manager. We felt they took a personal interest in our sale. It took a long time, but eventually, a buyer came along and the sale process was handled efficiently and professionally. Again, we were kept regularly informed at every stage.
In all, it took nearly 3 years and 3 Estate Agents, to sell the apartment but Josh and the team really persevered and we got there in the end. So, a big ‘Thank you’ to Frosts in Amersham. Would certainly use them again.
