Do NOT buy a property or use this company! Especially if you are first time buyers or purchasesing a new build. 18 months and not 1 snag has been fixed. Countless emails ignored and trying to get someone to even look at a problem is like getting blood out of a stone. Even problems relating to the exterior of the building they have refused to fix or even look at.This has caused me so much stress. The quality of the property inside and out is terrible.After 6 months the place was falling apart and the quality of the material used really started to show. If you are considering buying from them DONT. I regret using my hard earned saving to purchase a property from them, Biggest mistake I ever made. You will get problems and they will just ignor you or lead you on untill you give up.
