When we asked Tom to provide us with an indication of value on our flat, we were undecided if we definitely wanted to sell. Tom could not have been more understanding of our situation, professional and provided us with the advice and guidance we needed. Having advertised their flat to their internal database we were astonished to receive an acceptable offer within a week. Natalia handled the negotiations on the sale of our flat with professionalism and made what can be a stressful process much more straightforward. One of the main things for ourselves was just being able to pick up the phone whenever to either Tom or Natalia for an update, advice and guidance. Having put the flat under offer, we were under pressure to secure a new home. Tom consistently sent us excellent opportunities and knew the house that would be for us just from understanding exactly what we were looking for. We were not flooded with available opportunities which Tom knew wouldn't be of interest which can get frustrating when other agencies send you everything and anything regardless. Having successfully found us a new home and upon an offer being accepted, Tom handled the whole purchase with the upmost care and attention which we could not fault. As and when we come to sell, it is a very easy decision for us as to who we will be using. We could not recommend KFH Earlsfield more to anyone considering a sale of their current home. Just sold our flat through KFH. Very responsive, good valuation service despite pandemic, did a good job of keeping us informed and giving us realistic advice. When the sales process inevitably dragged on gave us good advice to stick with it and have now achieved a good sale. Thank you Ryan and colleagues.

We sold through KFH Earlsfield earlier this year, having bought our house (on Earlsfield Road) through them in 2011. Rebecca's initial appraisal of the house for valuation was thorough, insightful, realistic and clearly informed by extensive experience of property in SW18; Jim and the rest of the sales team were all responsive, proactive and thorough with feedback from potential buyers throughout; and we were impressed with the care and attention to detail provided by Tom through the process of offer acceptance, onward to exchange and completion. We were always kept in the loop, with viewing stats and comments from buyers readily available, and a reassuring flow of information and updates as we went along. All in all, highly recommended as the go-to agent in SW18, and with the added benefit of a transparent and competitive fee schedule.

We worked with Josh Collins from the Earlsfield branch to secure our house in Earlsfield. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable about every house we viewed with him. He knew the answer to every question we posed to him, and he had a great manner; he gave us space to explore the house, but was always on hand to answer any questions. Hands down the most professional estate agent I’ve encountered.

We cannot express our gratitude enough for the excellent way in which the property we rent has been managed by Jack Brownsmead. Always very professional and responsive to our concerns, Jack has relentlessly and persistently made attempts to contact the owner on our behalf when work was required to the property and made sure he kept us informed regarding any developments. Once repairs have been agreed, Jack ensures that trusted companies are appointed to carry out the works. We have been very happy with the high level of professional and quality service we have received.

Jim Kendall has been a pleasure to deal with from start to completion. Jim provided me regular updates on each viewing, feedback afterwards and insights into how many people were viewing the property online. We had regular catch-ups and Jim was thorough and highly professional throughout whilst not being pushy. Jim has a highly mature approach to the role and although I am sure he handles many sales, he had real consideration for me and my property. We dealt with the Earlsfield team, specifically Josh Collins for quite a few months trying to find the perfect property. Josh was fantastic to deal with, very responsive and very patient spending so long with us trying to find a house. We found the whole team very honest and open, no salesman-like tactics, would be very clear about houses and their pros and cons and they were such a pleasure to deal with and not at all pushy.

Ryan was really helpful in finding our property. He quickly understood our requirements and made sure he only notified us of properties that fit our criteria. He made sure we got in early into these properties and this was key in securing our property. Throughout the process he was very supportive and on hand to answer any questions. I would definitely speak to him if I was selling the property in the future!

KFH did a great job at marketing my flat in Earlsfield. Tom came round to do the initial valuation and was very personable and encouraging that they could find the right buyer for my flat. I was kept informed about viewings which were carried out by Tom, Ryan, Sam, Josh & Jim. Everyone I met or corresponded with in the office was extremely helpful and took the time to give feedback after viewings which turned out to be really helpful. It was Ryan who then found the right buyer, he was then extremely efficient in helping keep the sale process moving forward at a timely manner. I was extremely impressed by his positive energy and attitude to problem solving and getting things done. So particular thanks to Ryan and Tom and the rest of the team for all their hard work.
