People, be careful with this agency. The worst agency possible in this city. I do not recommend using the services of this agency. They rent apartments that are temporarily repaired, after a month of living in the apartment, the ceiling collapsed during the rain. It was reported to the agents and they did nothing about it for over 2 years. They take money for hovels that are impossible to live in.

I bought a flat through Times Place I. 2015 and have since then used their services to support me in finding tenants and drawing up letting contracts as a buy to let landlord. I cannot commend the company highly enough. The fact that they are a local estate agent rather than the typical multi-branch equivalent has meant that I receive focused one to one service of a high quality from a team that know the area well. I have worked particularly closely with Maj Ahmad, who is one of the partners. He always makes himself available when called upon and has been particularly impressive in offering friendly, nice straightforward, honest and very professional advice. TimesPlace services are offered at a very competitive and reasonable rate. So it’s a very definite stars from me.

I have been in contact with Luke Hamlin, he was very responsive and engaging at the beginning. He showed me a 1-bedroom flat in Kimber Road, and after a negotiation he informed that the landlord agreed to rent the property to me. Luke knew that I had paid the holding deposit for another property, but I was willing to lose that money and flat because I really wanted the flat in Kimber Road. After 1 week, When I requested the contract for the flat, after few hours Luke informed me that the landlord has changed his mind and decided to rent to the current tenants, leaving me with no property and a holding deposit lost for the other property. Luke informed me that he had another flat to show me in Wandsworth Common, 100 pounds lower than asking price, he said "My boss said he will give it to you for £1250 because you will move in asap and as a gesture of goodwill for you for the other property". He sent me some pics by WhatsApp and we agreed to see the property. On the 16/06 we went to see the flat but he informed me that the property will be rented unfurnished. He knew that I was looking for a furnished flat but what made me furious was his claim that in the advert was written unfurnished( ads that he didn't share with me but I found it on my research) and this was totally false as shown in the attachment. I have tried to contact Luke later, asking some questions but he didn't reply. The services provided was below the basic expectations, I took time and money to see those properties and I was treated bad without respect.

I have been a very happy tenant with Times Place for over 5 years now. I have always dealt with Zak and can honestly say he makes the renting experience in London such a pleasure. Any problems I’ve ever had are handled straight away and with a smile on his face!

I would like to share my experience with this agency as it has left me very disappointed and has caused me inconvenience.
On 5th December 2018 I visited a flat and on the same day I left a holding deposit to secure the flat. After that I filled in an application form with all the requested information and references being assured by the letting agent, Maj, that my application would satisfy the requirements and I would successfully rent the flat.
That being said I started to make arrangement for the move by giving my landlord notice and preparing for the move.
After not hearing anymore from the agency on 21st of the December (16 days after paying the deposit) I received a TEXT, not even a call, to advise that my application had been rejected by the landlord and my deposit would be refunded. I consequently called the estate agent to ask for explanation and, according to what he said, the agency was not in charge to let the property anymore. I could not see any record of this property advertised online anymore, not even privately so I do not really know if I should believe in what I have been told.
I needed to share this experience as I found it very unfair and unprofessional.

A great experience with one of the agents Maj. Very efficient and although the property we were originally looking for wasn’t available he recommended somewhere else which is perfect for us. The whole process took a week from first viewing to move in and they were very thorough in communicating exactly what we needed the whole way through. Fantastic location for us now and a very pleasant experience overall.

Maj Ahmad has been absolutely brilliant, very helpful and understanding of our needs- he was representing the seller for our purchase, yet throughout all our dealings with him (including after the sale), he has always come back to us and assisted with our queries and requests.

I have been renting in London for about seven years now and I always have had trouble with estate agents. But not this time. All the staff at Times Place have made the renting process so easy. They all are so helpful and friendly. They do really make you feel like a valued and important customer!! I would definately use them again!

Not deserve a start at ALL.
They keep posting flats which is not available!
I call for viewing arrange time date, then no confirmation. Next day i call to check they say oh its gone. Woman looks like does not know what she is doing, just pick calls says 'yes available' then say 'no its gone' and not letting people know about it.
