Wasn't really very impressed, sales were too pushy and almost lost the buyer. The quality of floor plans also aren't great. If buying a house I'd always recommend you check the dimensions are correct.

Alexandra was the consummate professional right the way through our first home buying process.
We experienced a couple of stereotypically bad agents over the course of 5 months on Rightmove, before we found and reached out to Hamptons and Alexandra directly. We couldn't be more delighted/relieved we found them to guide us through our first ever property purchase.
From first viewing to a moving day pizza on the living room floor, the whole experience took just over 2 months!!! We were told that kind of speed was unheard of in a London house move, but Alexandra made it happen.
Even post-completion, she has been on hand (email response time has always been within the hour!) to help us settle in.

Paul Hamilton was an absolute hero throughout - we met him originally when viewing a different property to the one we purchased when our own property wasn’t yet on the market. Our positive experience with Paul, alongside a friend having a positive experience with the company, led to us deciding to use Hamptons to sell our property. Paul got the balance just right of following up to make sure we devoted enough time to our property search vs. not being too pushy. We eventually found our ideal property, also listed with Hamptons, and Paul couldn’t have been more helpful, polite and patient during a challenging 3 months as we battled to get an offer on our property and stay in the race for the one we wanted. Eventually we got the offer and completed nearly 4 months later, so in contact for 7 months in total. The service level stayed high through the sale process and Paul kept in touch throughout, taking time to give us access to the property numerous times and genuinely caring to hear how we were getting on. We also dealt with Mark Thompson who was equally polite and followed up with us several times through the sale process, providing helpful advice and being happy to take the time. We won’t hesitate in using Hamptons again!

We have just sold our house with Hamptons in Earlsfield and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend. Cormac and James were always ready to talk and answer questions or give us updates and did regularly proactively. It was a tough journey in a difficult market so we are grateful that the did not give up and worked hard to get us back on the market and sold after our first buyer fell through. They took calls on days off and well into the evening showing they were really working for their money. They also coordinated well with another Hamptons branch through whom we were buying.
My only reason for not 5 stars is that I would have liked even earlier and very detailed feedback on what issues people were having, or in their opinion might have been having with our house v rival ones as we did not really get this until after a month or so (and it wasn't something that was obvious to us owning the house every day and not being able to compare directly), but we know that they had difficulty getting detailed feedback from buyers so understand this.

Hi,
We recently used Hamptons, (earlsfield) branch to rent out our house in Wimbledon Park.
I have to say Charlie and Pierce were nothing like the typical estate agents that promise you the world then fail to deliver. They were 'straight talkers' and it was what it was. At no point were any false promises made. Their customer service was also outstanding.
When a viewing took place, we got instant feedback. They never said they were bringing scores of people for viewings, the people they bought were quality. Not wasting anyone's time. I would definently be using Hamptons again and thoroughly recommend them.

Got in touch with Hamptons via their live chat system and was contacted by the Earlsfield branch almost immediately with a fantastic property fitting all of our requirements. I spoke to an agent on the phone who was friendly and honest and who then showed me the flat that evening. I am happy to say we have now moved into that very flat and got through all the tedious paperwork quickly and smoothly.
From my experience so far I would recommend and use Hamptons Earlsfield again.

I used Hamptons in Earlsfield to find tenants for my flat. I had met with a number of other estate agents in the area (of which there are many) to discuss my requirements and of these I chose to use Hamptons. Of all the estate agents I contacted, the team at Hamptons took the time to look at my particular requirements for my property rather than trying to fit me into whatever box their available offerings fell into. They have been helpful and responsive throughout the process and I managed to find very good quality tenants quickly. They also clearly know the local market very well (many other agents we spoke to were not as knowledgeable - although they would have you believe otherwise). I would definitely recommend Hamptons in Earlsfield - Piers and Charlie were the two agents who assisted me and they both did a great job! Thank you.

We have been renting for a year with Hamptons and had many issues when renewing due to replacing tenants. It was out of our control but the guys at Hamptons were extremely helpful and understanding when it would have been easy for them to re-market and it went a long way. Theoretically we could have lost the property and had to find something else at last minute but they worked with us and together we managed to sort the situation. Would definitely recommend.

The service I received from Hamptons International was of the highest quality. The process of letting my property was explained very clearly to me at the start, and the property was marketed energetically and let at the asking price within 48 hours. Having secured a tenancy, all documentation was completed speedily and efficiently. At all times staff at Hamptons were extremely polite and professional - I would recommend the lettings team at Earlsfield and Southfields without reservation.

We recently purchased a property through Hamptons and we just wanted to drop you a note to say that Henry has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Henry was the first to keep us updated, informed and we felt completely at ease that he was doing everything we could to keep things moving as efficiently as possible.
We saw the other side of the coin in terms of lack of support from our other estate agents at a different estate agency and I can honestly say, the contrast was extreme! We really felt that Henry was so supportive, very professional and completely honest and upfront about everything.

We are just a couple months into our first rental, however so far our experience with Hamptons has been excellent - from the initial meet and greet, showing, marketing, viewings, handling negotiations, finding us an excellent tenant/family to let our house to, visibility of all fees and charges, etc. And good value for money - gave us good insight into the market rent which they achieved. Would certainly recommend them!
