Rampton Baseley are in a class of their own. I found their level of service unparalleled and, regardless of budget, property size or position, they made me feel like I was their most important client. Leading the way at Ramptons were Bella Vevers and Allie Battrick. A special thank you to Allie who was literally my saviour in what was a tricky transaction. She showed the utmost professionalism & expertise at the pinch points. But, more so, was incredibly friendly & approachable. She cared. From buying comics for my son when he broke his arm, to running contracts into the city, nothing was too much. Allie invested so much time and energy into our sale that we shall be for ever grateful. Rampton Baseley were fantastic from start to finish, particularly Bella and Allie. They are incredibly organised and arranged the EPC, Photos and floor plans all on the same day. When we were ready to go on the market, the whole team came round to get a better understanding of the house. Communication was great and they kept us up-to-date. In the run up to exchange, they certainly knew what they were doing and kept the process moving forward. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have just exchanged on my flat and Rampton Baseley have been incredible throughout. Andy Austen especially was fantastic throughout the process. I have been in the buying process for a couple of years now and previously interacted with other estate agents at other companies and Andy is genuinely the best estate agent I have dealt with. He is responsive, honest, gives great advice and is very reliable. He has made the process extremely smooth for me and even supported in the negotiation process. I can’t thank him enough for always being responsive and answering all my questions and giving advice where needed, specially as a first time buyer. And not only is he a great estate agent but he is also a pleasure to deal with (which has not always been the case with estate agents at other companies!). Thank you so much Andy for making this such a stress free process.

We chose to work with Rampton Baseley because we were impressed by Bella Vevers - she is a class apart from individuals at the other estate agents we spoke to.
RB did a fabulous job of marketing our property and got us to best and final offers within days, twice (our first sale sadly fell through).
Allie Battrick and Bella were hands on in managing our transaction, stayed very calm under pressure and took every curveball in their stride. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them and the team, and would do so again.
