Really friendly staff good with viewings. Could be quicker with maintenance requests because it took me almost two months to get curtains which fully cover up my window although they're very quick with problems that are urgent such as a broken radiator etc.... Read more

This used to be a great agency to manage properties but has been going downhill in the past few years. Now you need to check your payments carefully as overcharging is rife. For instance i have been charged for duplicate gas checks and 10x too much for a locksmith because a '0 was accidentally added to the bill by accounts' I was also asked if I wanted to offer 'cashback' to the students as an incentive to move in. Obv their fee would stay the same. This is probably indicative of general letting agent behaviour but disappointing as they used to be good.... Read more

Firstly some of the management are particularly abrasive and passive aggressive. Also for landlords looking to list their properties with the agency, be wary of extra charges that they may try to obtain from you, for example unnecessary cleaning (which they provide of course)...... Read more

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, the website is easy to navigate and use and all staff are very efficient in how they handle queries. They also make bloody good coffee and play decent music . Also the decor is on point and they had a deal where if you make a Google review (good or bad) you get a free prezzie.... Read more

I still deal with most of the agencies in the Swansea and surrounding area as a Gas and Electrical engineer. I can honestly say The Living Agency is one of the very few that I never hear tenants, landlords or other trades complaining about. Swansea is a small city and word travels quickly if things are not good, and I have nothing but respect for their working ethos. Their office is always a fun, friendly and a professional environment where everyone is welcome to drop in and have a cup of tea and a chat.
