After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have!
All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.

Enquired about a home for sale near Carmarthen and was informed it has had a lot of interest already but we will put you on a waiting list to view it.

I've now been waiting 4 weeks, I've had no emails, texts or phone calls to inform me of when I can view the property.

Relocating to Wales from Yorkshire was daunting and having to rent while we waited for our sale to go through added to the stress, worry and complications, but Clee in Llandeilo were absolutely brilliant. From the very initial contact with the girls in the office, they could not have helped us enough. Not only did they help us get the perfect rental accommodation, they were always there to help with any problems we encountered and what to us seemed like the almost impossible became clear and very straightforward.
Every phone call we made was followed up by Clee and while we rented any query or problem was sorted out by Clee efficiently. We were also made to feel very welcome by all the friendly staff each time we went into the office.
Thank you so much for everything you did for us, we are now happily settled in our new home in beautiful Wales.
