Please NEVER deal with this agency. I have issued a warrant against this company and Mr Oldeji Oladini is a con artist, he's a property solicitor so knows his ways around the legal system. Dodgy company. Both offices have been shut down since Febuary 2019 due to non payment of rent and lack of funds to sustain employees and pay landlords respectively. 6 outstanding CCJ with evidence to prove on companies house. Olive Branch Estate is also trading under Air investment & acquisition Limited( check directors details) So to the 2 reviews that are positive from Cathy and someone else are fake and will be reported because if you call Olive Branch telephone numbers, both lines are dead. I advise the director to pay my tenant's deposit which he has refused to pay or provide evidence of it being held in the deposit scheme. I had an awful experience and will never do business with them in my next life.... Read more

The tenant wields great communication, I was provided with a tenant quickly and I was paid when my rent was due. Do not have any dealings with Oladeji Oladini, he is a con artist. We paid him our rent for 12 months upfront but he never paid the landlord a penny. How can this man still be allowed to be a director of a company acting very unprofessional and dishonesty. Stay well clear!... Read more

Director Oladeji Oladini did not pay my wages and that of my colleagues for months. I do not recommend you work for this man or any company run by him. Very bad person and company to work for. I visited both offices yesterday and they are shut. No one is picking up my calls.... Read more

Oladeji Oladini, the director who is Nigerian is a thief and a pathetic liar who will never pay you when your rent is due. I am sure he will open another company soon because he has several court cases against him. He has shut down over 6 companies previously due to his dubious ways. STAY CLEAR. Timi was the person I solely had contact with. Yes he did find me a tenant in quick time, and despite the tenants made changes, I was not communicated with correct information and has underpaid me the rent. The tenant also felt the agency communicated poorly, so we both lost out. I have taken the situation further with legal actions. I believe the company is poorly managed, and would not dare to touch them ever again! The service fee was low, but hey, so was the quality of the service! I've visited the Deptford office several times to help my sister get a place and I must say Patricia is a Gem! She literally does everything and more, I am surprised she isnt partner. Just ask for Patricia, she is very busy as she does viewings and manages everything too but she will deal with you and treat you fairly. I've even offered her a job. People like her are hard to find!... Read more

Wow! reading some of the others makes me feel like I went to a whole different company, LOL. I rented a room in a house with other people, it was not crammed or over populated at all. I mean I rented 1 room in a 7 bed house (Screams... what did you expect @SIMON BRAGG). I had fun and got on great with everyone, bathroom routine was a bit crazy as we all worked but we had 2 massive bathrooms plus a seperate toilet. The staff were always helpful and popped in monthly or so. I got my deposit back in full!... Read more

Had a really bad and expensive experience with this estate agency. Rented a room in house from them, first problem was it was a licence agreement, not a tenancy. The house had what, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, yet they were cramming 2,3,4 people in each room. Then it turned out the owner of the property, Oladeji Oladini, hadn't been keeping up the mortgage repayments, so we had letters from some Solicitors saying the property was going to be repossessed and we all had to vacate. I paid this agency hundreds of pounds in fees to move in and yet within 3 months had to move again because they hadn't been paying the mortgage. Very dodgy outfit, avoid them at all costs.... Very dodgy agency. I regret renting flat from them. After my tenancy has ended they haven't returned my deposit. I left more than two months ago and I still haven't received my deposit yet. I called them so many times and it didn't change anything. Still avoided to give me my money back. Try to avoid them, because they won't return the deposit back. And they don't care about tenants at all. If your flat needs any repairs, they won't fix it very soon. No matter the problem is, it will take at least one week and they won't give you any explanation why. AVOID THEM!!!... Read more
