Ginny Pattni did a fantastic job selling my buy-to-let flat. She arranged an open day, and secured multiple offers on the same day, including a full asking price offer, which I accepted. Throughout the sales process, she provided exceptional guidance, kept me well-informed, and was always professional and focused. Ginny made herself available and responded to my queries even on her days off. She went above and beyond by helping with furniture disposal and liaising with contractors to fix some minor issues that the buyers wanted addressed. When the buyers tried to reduced their offer by 5% just before exchange, Ginny never pressured me to accept anything less than the originally agreed asking price and eventually convinced them to stick to their original offer. I was so impressed with her that I gave her an instruction for another property, which I already had on with a different agent. Would highly recommend!

Never ever let from Chase Evans.
The apartment I let had 2 faulty switches which caused multiple electric shock incidents.
I complained to my property manager Danish twice after this.
I eventually decided to move out of the property because they are not responsive.
Adriana in the office told me that Danish is no longer working in Chase Evans and he did not communicate your issue before he left.
When I called Adriana's manager, he told me that Danish never left Chase Evans. He just moved teams.
Now when I call to ask for my deposit, Adriana never takes the call and ask her colleague to pick it. I don't know her name but she very rudely cuts the phone without giving me the information I need.
I am filing a case against them now. Worst experience I ever had dealing with letting agents.
Would not recommend at all.

Before moving in was perfect but I have stated I needed to change the rent due date before moving in (was happy to pay any difference prior the dates- was Christmas and new years so they probably wanted to rush it as then everyone is on holidays)
The agent said I could do that but just to move in first.
Contacted them, said it is not possible to change the rent due date.
I would suggest to be sure about the rent due date/ bills and inform yourself as much as you can as once moved in the replies are not prompt as before! - I have been trying to get in touch with my original agent since they are back in the office (02/01) till today 15/01.

They will screw you over on the deposit as much as possible. For example, if the previous tenant left some crusty old blanket in the flat and it's thrown away, Chase Evans will try to charge £50 for a replacement. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

After booking a viewing, Margaret replied back to cancel it . I've tried to rebook it again and I've been told by Margaret that probably won't be possible to see the property before Saturday. I said " perfect " let's book it for Saturday then. Nevertheless to say that I've no response from Margaret whatsoever.

I found Chase Evans incompetent and the landlord for this property in particular refuses to sort out damp and made me live in the property for 10 months infested with silverfish and server damp issues. Instead of sorting it, they surrendered the tenancy leaving me homeless then tried to take £1040 of my deposit which is still unresolved 3/4 weeks later £100 of that being for cheap tacky blinds that apparently do not work when the rental team confirmed to me they do in fact work (still want the money). The flat is not worth the amount it’s put up for I wouldn’t suggest anyone offer any money for this place but just to completely avoid, the landlord lives in Hong Kong so the communication is non existent - you’d think Chase Evans would be embarrassed but in fact they really couldn’t care less and have already put the place back up for rent. The damp is in the living room and the bedroom and they have painted over the damp in hope no one will realise or I guess care - but I will ensure whoever rents this place knows myself and the tenant before both were aware of the damp that’s been there since 2019.

Utterly terrible service. Been trying to view a flat I like the look of in Sienna Alto, first week they cancel with short notice, second week they completely forget to turn up (especially irritating as I live about 90 mins away!). The cherry on top is that I have been constantly chasing them and receiving very poor communication in return. If I was a property owner I’d seriously reconsider if you want to try and keep your assets full.

This agency used the wrong check in report and tries to charge me almost £500 for damages caused by previous tenants. Not responsive at all, the communication is a nightmare - 40 e-mails exchanged about this case and still no agreement. None of my phone calls to the property manager were answered. I always need to send a few follow ups to get an answer to my e-mail. If I could go back in time, I would never choose this agency.

I had an appointment to view two flats in Pinnacle Apartments in Croydon. The agent did not turn up. After repeated calls to mobile and texts, there was no reply. I called the office number and was told the best way to contact him was via email when I was already at the property.
This is a viewing for two properties at Pinnacle. It is extremely unprofessional to not get in touch or return my calls for a missed appointment. I would not deal with them again.
Wonder what would happen if we had agreed on sale and they ghosted at that point.

Not a great experience with these guys at all. Firstly lots of delays when we had made an offer and they were liasing with the landlord. Then when the offer was accepted, deposit and referencing started, the admin assistant made a huge fuss out of me going to Greenwich (currently based in the other side of London) to show my passport during the COVID crisis which to me, was completely unacceptable and somewhat dangerous with everything going on. She only gave up when I mentioned my lung condition and they could do it over VC after all...
Then I got a phone call from them saying the existing tenant had decided to stay so the property was now unavailable and they would have to terminate the process. The current tenant hadn't been in touch with them either way to confirm if she was continuing to stay or not, so they went ahead and marketed the property as if all was fine and booked a check out for the tenant. Due to the changes in COVID restrictions they apparently could not force her out (not what these legislations were made for but that's another issue!). This in my opinion is sloppy and it just doesn't add up. Apparently the tenant had gone back to Asia at the start of the COVID crisis and they knew this - so I don't know how they were planning the check out. I then offered to wait for the 3 months eviction period and to commence the tenancy after that, but I was told that the current tenant pays annually so the landlord would rather have the money upfront. Greed over a reliable and communicative tenant I guess.
I've never left a bad review in my life, but the rental scene has been a nightmare the past few months and this situation has really put us out to the point that it's left me without anywhere to stay and back at my parents as my old tenancy ended. Do your due diligence before you market properties and allow for some transparency.

Avoid at all costs. By far the worst real estate agent in UK. I rented a furnished property fully managed by Chase Evans. However, on moving in I realised most of the furniture was broken, lights not working, issues with drainage etc. - they had basically did none of the checks. These issues were even captured in the move-in inventory report provided by a 3rd party - so it was not even a question of interpretation. I have been chasing "Chase Evans" from Day-1, their sales team (Tereza) calmly says they have nothing to do since the contract is already signed and money paid to them - that's all they care about; property manager (Serena Powell) never picks up the phone and neither does she reply to emails. It has been over a month now; I am paying full rent for a sub-standard property and spending half my time chasing them. Be very careful with this agency and avoid signing any contract till you inspect the property on the day of move-in. Most unprofessional people.

My checkout experience with Chase Evans was very very BAD. The company charged for everything, besides a checkout fee of £143 and a cleaning fee of £240. £5 for every slight scratch on the wall. £5 for every missing dishes irrespective of that they are old, cheap, and were not on the check-in list. £10 for each bulb even for one that was broken when check-in but was working when check-out (I pointed this out but they did not correct it). I got my deposit back after 4 months, with a deduction of £1000 (can you believe this amount??), while the flat was left in a perfect condition. They completely ignored my arguments, did not reply my emails or answer my questions, and waited for the 3-month time window of disputation at myDeposit to be closed. I really wish I could avoid this company.

I wish I had an option to choose ZERO STARS the staff are incompetent, rude and learn how to ring a door bell instead of trying to break my door down. They are in general unpleasant, and if you're thinking about going to this agency, dispose of that thought right now and find another one that's worth your time, money and patience. When I moved into my place it took 3 month's to fix the heating, everything kept breaking and still does to this day. Fix your staff's attitude and your business because your doing quite a horrible job.
