Would never recommend this agency, I am taking based on my own experience with Mariem; she is not willing to help the tenants and hide a lot of things from the landlord too. It is disgusting to deal with people like this, that don’t want to work or help their clients.

They are scammers.
A contract was signed for 3 people who sent their deposit separately and when it came time to return it, they have left it in the hands of DPS who are a deposit "security" company they are going to return the deposit to only one person.
They’re also hired hided a lot of things from the landlord so he kept renting it with them
IF THE MONEY IS SENT TO THEM THEY SHOULD RETURN IT.
If you want to avoid legal proceedings in court, do not rent or buy anything from them.

Not only did she thoroughly showed me the apartment but she also gave me great tips about the neighbourhood and Greenwich in general.
I highly recommend this agency as they helped me through the contract process.

I was actively looking for a three bedrooms in late last year to January when I came across Truepenny's Estate Agent, Greenwich in mid January 2023 on Zoopla. I called and Valencia picked up and told me someone is already undergoing referencing for the same property, however, she will reach out to me if anything changes. Trust me, I didn't believe her.
Few days later, she actually did got back to me and my renting process began. Since that very day till date, the team has been really supportive, they carry you along with every stage of the process, and are willing to assist where needed. I didn't know renting could be this fun until I came across Truepennys.
Thank you Valencia, you're such a sweet soul. Mariem, I cannot appreciate you enough for all the support and understanding. Mike, you are awesome.
I will always recommend this team 100%.

I've had several interactions with Sarah Gillett recently. I've found her to be very proactive and takes the time to listen to what we're looking for, without being pushy. I also appreciate that she provides a balanced view of what's going on in the market. In these changing times, it's important to find estate agents who you can trust and Sarah has certainly gone a long way to demonstrating that Truepenny's stands out in this respect.

I had a great experience with Truepenny's, and with Valencia in particular. I rented my first flat in UK flat with them and Valencia was superhelpful with covering all my questions during the process. (I believe that part of them was silly due to my unexperience). I would definetelly recommend Truepenny's for anyone who is looking for the property.

I highly recommend Truepenny’s. Million thanks to Valencia Josephs who did a great job. She was very approachable and helpful throughout the process. She is also knowledgeable about the area and she shared with me some of her thoughts and opinions which I appreciated a lot.
The process and handover went smoothly. Thanks to Valencia - she truly is an asset to the team. If ever I’d rent again, or buy a property in the area, I’ll go to Truepenny’s first, look for her and enquire. Every time I have concerns or queries, she helps me without hesitation.
I remember an agent from a different letting agency in Petts Wood as I was expanding my flat hunt and our experience was unpleasant. Firstly, the agent broke the house key as he tried to open the door of the property, hence had to cancel the appointment and asked us to reschedule which was annoying as I was so busy, only to find out that he took us to the wrong property (I went to the right property but was told initially that it wasn’t the right one). Secondly, he had this vibe that he was not enjoying his job. He didn’t even care to show us around. We showed ourselves around the flat instead. Even if we liked one of the properties he showed us, we decided not to make an offer because we felt that he didn’t deserve to get some credit as we didnt feel valued as his client.
Luckily, I did not experience the above with Valencia/Truepenny’s. Also, when we visited their office to submit our proof of ID/passports, everyone there was so nice and accommodating.
As for Mariem, our property manager, every time I have queries, she attends to them promptly.
I feel great about them so far. I know that I can trust them and that they will do everything to assist me because they value me.
Thank you Truepennys Greenwich. Keep up the good work. I hope you continue to help prospective tenants or home owners to find their new home.

Honest review is I am not sure if they exist or do any work. Failed to arrange a viewing for me and all of a sudden the property is no longer available. Thanks Truepenny for wasting my time
