Disgusting service and communication. Never returns calls and makes excuses to meet and is never in the office. Rent is never transferred on time and several calls need to be made and messages sent to even get rent. Even then it takes weeks. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Not sure what we pay her for!!... Read more

MINUS 5 STARS! The most pathetic excuse for estate agents I have ever come across! Shockingly bad customer service. Never ever return phone calls. I am paying for a unit I cannot even access. I'm still waiting for key to the yard where I rent my business unit, and have been waiting for over 2 YEARS. You couldn't make it up. I would avoid these guys at all costs.... Read more

This is our first and only visit to property lounge as the ladies who work there have made it possible for my family to have a home for xmas,i work with people and i have never come across such a wonderful kindhearted caring person as wendy, she is a true asset to property lounge and we owe her a lot more than a thank you along with sharon we have been able to acquire a home,somewhere my family can feel save and secure. so this is my way of saying thank you both. both of you are truly one of a kind. flowers and choclates and pressies will with you both soon.thank you for everything .. yours Anna-Marie and Darren. x... The company is very suspicious! They told me there was lots of interest to get me to rush there. The fees are also higher than everybody else at £235! Then wouldn’t give me a proper break down on the fees until I insisted which the law is, they also don’t have a website which is very strange. Then they wanted to put my rent up in 6 months, before I had even agreed a let. When it came to payment they wouldn’t accept card and wanted to escort me to cash point, this was the final red flag and walked away. All the reviews on here are written and structured the same. I am a landlord and needed to find a new tenant quickly, the property details were posted onto The Property Lounge website, Right Move and Zoopla without delay or fuss and they immediately started to generate interest. Reena Lal from The Property Lounge was my main point of contact and she kept me updated and informed throughout the process. A new tenant was found which ensured continuity in the rental payment process which is of course, a top priority for any landlord. My tenants are now moving on and I have not hesitated to get straight back in touch with Reena at The Property Lounge to assist with the search for a new tenant"... Read more

We contracted with Property Lounge, Wolverhampton, to manage the rental of our house, as we were moving abroad. Initially, things went well, they did find a good tenant, but she left after 6 months. It took 2 months to find a new tenant. Unfortunately things then went downhill. The new tenant defaulted on her rent after 2 months. Property Lounge did not inform us, and I only noticed when the tenant defaulted on a second month. To cut a long story short, they were very slow on chasing the tenant for rent. They allowed the tenant to leave while still 3 months in arrears and did not inspect the property before or immediately after she left. The property was in a filthy state,with damage to the fixtures and fittings. The tenant left in July 2012. We have sold the property, but there was a delay,as Property Lounge had left the title deeds inside the house without our knowledge, and it took some time to gain access to recover them. It is now December 2013 (17 months after the tenant left) and we do not even have the deposit back, let alone the rent arrears. Property Lounge has not been responding to my phone calls or emails during the last year. It is difficult as we have been living abroad, but that is why we needed someone to manage the property for us. As we are visiting the UK, we call into the office, but were unable to speak to the owners and they have not called us back, despite personally leaving our number with a member of staff. We feel very let down and would not recommend this company. We are still trying to get our money back.... Read more
