Once purchase had been agreed customer service was poor, we we’re also recommended to use Thomas Morris conveyor’s for a speedy service who were equally as poor with communication.
Target was a 6week complication which ended up being 6months.
Admittedly we had issues obtaining documents from our end but at exchange there was still outstanding documents from TM conveyancing that needed chasing by us.
The day before complication we were also contacted as important land registry docs . had been forgotten and needed to be signed urgently, at this point we had paid our deposit and if there was a issue we would have lost it.
Throughout this purchase we felt pressured, bullied and TM threatened to remarked the property which they did at 1 point, I would certainly NOT recommend them.

House purchase
We finally bought our first house and we couldn't be more happy with the service from Thomas Morris, and from Andrea and Mandy in particular!
Andrea, our estate agent, she has been most patient and helpful throughout the whole process, she has meticulously been following up with vendors for timelines updates. I don't know how can we adequately thank her for all the help she gave us during process and for the her patience with all the daily calls.
Mandy has been working very closely with vendor's solicitors supporting with expediting timelines and exchange. It felt daunting at the beginning, but she smoothed the way and explained everything so clearly.
Because of the support from both of them, we now have a place to call our own. So appreciated!

Is the lettings business so desperate that staff are been selected without any prior experience or indication of formal training? Despite major issues with this company before i even moved in and then for the 16 months afterwards. They sent me a request for a review of their services. My advice is to ALWAYS communicate via emails. That way you have a recored of conversations, time and dates when they occured. The review i gave them has yet to be added to the made available to general, i wont hold my breath

We had a fantastic viewing experience with Sophie recently, who was very accommodating and really helpful, providing lots of information about the property. We very much appreciated Sophie's candour about timescales due to the level of interest and Sophie was also instrumental in securing us a second viewing at short notice. We really appreciated this flexibility and would certainly recommend Thomas Morris.

Thomas Morris has been excellent. I have rented with Thomas Morris for the past couple of years and I have never had a issue with them. After contacting Thomas Morris and explaining that I would be beginning to look for somewhere bigger Callum immediately called me and suggested a property which was about to come onto the market. I have to give a special thanks to Callum as he has been contactable the whole time even when the property is not located in his area. I have been able to ask him any questions which I may have as well as be in touch with him about my current property and the notice period which I would be required to give. He has been extremely helpful and very professional. Callum deserves all of the recognition as he is a asset to Thomas Morris. He has the upmost professionalism as well as customer care. I would like to thank Callum for everything he has done to help me find a new property! It has been the best experience with Thomas Morris and the least stressful experience finding a new property.
