Russell is a sincere, straightforward, and affable person, exactly what one looks for in an estate agent.
Russell remained patient throughout my marathon of a sales process (nothing to do with him) and, most importantly, I could reach him whenever needed and he got involved to keep the lines of communication going. Russell and his team kept me regularly informed, and were always willing to help with solutions even for matters outside the normal purview of an agent. I would highly recommend Russell's agency, and thank him for his efforts.

We cannot thank Russell enough for all his help with our purchase. We had a tricky time throughout the whole process of moving both selling and buying with several issues along the way (none involving Russell).
After losing the first property we were looking to purchase, Russell stepped in when we needed to view a property quickly so that we did not lose our chain.
We had many bumps along the way, but each time Russell kept us in the loop and did the leg work that was necessary to get over the finish line. We honestly believe that without Russell being so hands on with our purchase that we would not have moved into our dream home.

From the initial enquiry with them we knew these were the estate agents to use. They listened to every requirement we wanted for our house, they advised us when something was in our budget and ticked all our boxes. Viewing house was so easy with these guys, they wasn’t pushy and let us walk round the house to get a feel of the place then was there to answer any questions we had.

I personally can’t recommend Russell and his team enough.
Local, incredibly hard working independent estate agents, who are very friendly and hands on. They were able to sell my house the same day as viewings, and Russell and Ollie even came by to drop off and collect paperwork personally.
My purchase ended up taking a lot longer than expected (no fault of theirs at all), but they persevered and kept on top of things, helping to keep things moving however they could.
They’ve been brilliant, responsive, and professional the whole way through, and I can’t thank them enough.

Very very impressed with these guy's! Russell and Olly have been brilliant! . We originally had our property up for sale with Purple Bricks for months, and what an absolute wast of time and money, we may as well have flushed the £1000 down the toilet.

During 2020 we decided, in the midst of a pandemic, to move house, we recruited an agent who, after getting our fees, really did nothing other than list our property, in almost three months we didn't get one viewing, then we were introduced to Russell and Olly, after seeing how passionate and positive they both were about selling our house, we dispensed with our other agent and engaged Russell Killner and were rewarded with three viewings and an offer within two weeks!
Nothing was too much trouble, Olly kept us updated about the process and what was happening with our purchaser and even though they were not facilitating our purchase, they even assisted with that when things were slowing up. Can not recommend RK estate agents enough! Russell and Olly were enthusiastic and professional, and were a pleasure to deal with.
We initially contacted Russell to get an idea of the market as we we were reluctant to get ours on without having a property to go to. Russell and Olly listened to our needs and within a few hours of signing the paperwork we had an over asking price offer from a buyer who would give us time to find (all this before it even went on rightmove!).

I am providing this review based on our recent experience having used Russell’s services to sell our house; we decided to appoint Russell Killner Estate Agents as they are a privately-owned company and therefore operate and engage differently to other more established estate agents on the market, with whom we have not had a great experience with up until we met Russell.
Russell’s approach and view of how to sell someone’s property has been different and refreshing right from the start. For instance, he really spent quality time to engage with us to understand our motivations around selling our property. He then looked at every aspect of the house and made suggestions on how it should be presented to the market to generate interest, this included great photographs of the rooms as well as the outside in addition to a 3D video he also created to really capture people’s imagination quickly of the potential of our property. Furthermore, working with Russell, he demonstrated value to us by not locking us into any lengthy minimum contractual periods, unlike other estate agents, who do not deliver on any promises of getting potential clients through the door; in Russell’s case, we always had the confidence, that he had our interests at heart, and wants to find the right buyer for us.
Before any viewing took place, he would qualify any potential buyer and also not show them the 3D video before he was satisfied they were genuine.
After a year of dealing with other previous (high-street and online) estate agents, who had not managed to sell our property and with only very limited viewings generated, Russell, managed to secure four genuine and qualified viewings after just one week on the market with him, and we were able to secure a sale of our house shortly after. The communication throughout the entire engagement process was always very clear and we cannot recommend Russell highly enough for his dedication, commitment and lastly the way he delivers the complete package to any seller who is looking to get their property sold quickly and efficiently.
Very highly recommended and I would certainly use Russell Killner Estate Agents again in the future.
