I cannot praise the Lettings team enough when renting a property. We dealt with Sarah at first who gave us sound advice, explained the whole rental process very clearly in branch while taking our details and explaining what they have coming on the market. We then got sent out that day before the house even went on the market! We met Lisa who was very professional, very helpful and we took the property right away! When moving in we met the Landlord who was also very pleasant. We had a small leak and then got sorted out by Sharman Quinney very promptly. We are really happy with our house that we manage to snap up quickly thanks to the lettings team enthusiasm and hope we can spend many years in our new home! ... Read more

I have had nothing but bad experiences with Sharman Quinney from day one of moving in. I have been repeatedly lied to and inconvenienced by their various offices. They are incredibly slow to react, incredibly poor communicators, who do not even communicate internally. If renting a property, avoid at all costs.... Read more

At first I was a little bit worried about selling my house. This was my first time selling. After a couple of phone calls and a home visit my house was advertised. Overall my experience was faultless, the communication was great, I was always calling up and asking for updates and everyone was so nice all of the time! After 2 weeks someone bought my house. Everything was taken care for me so I didn't have to worry about anything. I am now in my new home and loving it. Totally agree with Ashley’s comments below as from my experience with Sarah and the lettings team the Customer Service has been excellent all throughout finding suitable tenant’s for my house. The credits checks were thorough and a detailed/accurate inventory was done. Sarah goes the extra mile and also gives guidance and advice if you are looking for a new property to add to your portfolio. Very professional service all round. Very very pushy. If you want to use your own mortgage broker Sharman Quinney will make your life hell insisting that you have to use theirs or your offer won't get put forward. I would never sell through them and when buying if there were SQ and another agent advertising the same house for sale I'd view it through the other agent. ... Read more
