Sam, Beth and Grant were extremely attentive throughout a difficult sale/purchase process. They were helpful and supportive when it came to answering our questions. We chose Harvey Robinson St Neots to market our property back in August 2023, primarily because Beth from the office had been extremely diligent and pro active in contacting us on a regular basis when we began searching for a property. We have dealt with Grant, Sam and Beth and we have found them to be courteous, professional and approachable at all times. Sam produced a comprehensive range of beautiful photographs and within a matter of days, they had introduced our buyers to the property. We have now exchanged contracts and will be moving at the end of next week (extended time taken due to family illness at the end of last year). Throughout the process, Grant has kept us updated by both email and phone and has always responded promptly when we have needed to get in contact. We would have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Robinson St Neots to anyone intending to sell their house in the area.

We have had such a good experience with Harvey Robinson in St Neots that I feel it’s only right to leave an excellent review. The staff all communicated clearly and frequently with us and each other. It was so nice to be able to speak to one person knowing that they would be aware of developments. The company has evidently invested in an IT system that works because we always received clear notifications of events by email, so we always knew exactly where we stood in the process. Throughout the ups and downs of our own particular buying and selling saga, they supported us and were always honest, open and helpful.
