Not impressed at all. Service and communication abysmal. Viewed a commercial property, called and delt with Gail on a number of occasions after confirming a number of times we were happy to go ahead, gail informed me there were no problems and that she was going to email me over some of the paperwork to get the ball rolling. No email appears so I contact Gail who answered the phone politely, as soon as I said who it was calling, her tone changed, at this point I knew something was afoot. I asked her if said emails had been sent? To which I'm told no there's other bids on the property and they were waiting for the landlords decision. (At no point was I told this or that I was awaiting a decision from the land Lord). I ask why she had not informed me of this on our several other calls. (She evaded the question clearly knowing that the property let had been given to someone else!) She keeps repeating I'll speak to my director and see what I can do we are waiting for the landlord. I repeat my question why was I not told about awaiting a decision? Same answer. My mother calls shortly after myself and speaks with another lady (I assume Lisa) she's the same with my mother until she gives in and informs her the property had in deed been given to someone else and they had been informed that very morning. Gail could really do with growing a set of kahooners, learn how to lie or get a job she's better at such as bin lady?. She could have been polite and apologised on my first call and taken some responsibility to inform us of the situation. Edited... Further phone conversation with the delightful Gail. (Whom I'm certain will be telling David a few lies about how she has handled our situation. BTW David she's promised me a phone call from yourself again after you were ment to get incontact today). Again I ask have you or any of you colleagues had a decision from the landlord...no. Just to clarify she says no again. Gail still refuses to apologise for not informing myself that there were others waiting for the landlords decision, nor for leading us to believe that the paperwork was being sent to myself last week. She then says I'm implying she's incompetant I agree with her directly that she is. (if the hat Fits.) Gail does like to repeat herself and not answer questions. Gail takes offence easily when you directly ask her to apologise. 18 mins and 5 seconds of Gail talking over the top of me and still not taking any responsibility... I'd had enough. Such a shame she was a lovely lady on the viewing. I'm genuinely hoping David can put some faith back in me with this company. Quite simply an apology and acknowledgement of fault would have been sufficient.... Read more
