I would thoroughly recommend Gascoigne Halman, Sale branch. Especially Dan, he went above and beyond for what was an extremely complex sale. Always on hand trying and succeeding to keep all the cogs turning. I don’t think I could have got this 8mth (yes EIGHT MONTH!) sale without the support and advice given.

Fantastic tenant finding service from Charlotte and Sophie at the Sale office. Within days of putting the property on the market, Charlotte had found us the ideal tenants. The process was super simple and Charlotte let us know how things were progressing all the way through from referencing to moving in. Would 100% recommend ????????????

We let our house through Gascoigne and Halman. Couldn’t fault the fantastic service from start to finish with Sophie and Charlotte. They made what I thought would be very stressful procedure, simple and easy with their support. They managed to get tenants for us within a week, which was very impressive! Definitely would recommend and will be using again.

We recently sold our house in Sale and were very pleased that we chose Gascogne Halman, Sale, to market our property. From first to last the whole team: Andrew, Julie and Dan were very professional and helped us through what at times was a fraught process.
One regret was the fact that we used the Gascoigne Halman conveyancing service. They are a national firm and we really struggled to get the conveyancing process really started. At least we had Julie and Andrew to progress chase for us, but it was stressful. Despite this I would recommend Gascoigne Halman to anyone. Thank you!

I recently used Gascoigne Halman to sell my apartment in Sale. Dan Mitchell went above and beyond in terms of dealing with both my own and my buyer’s solicitors and managed what was sometimes a tricky process with great skill, attention, calm and helpful advice. He also has a very good knowledge of the area and the properties in it. I highly recommend Dan and the entire Sale office to anyone selling a property in this area - you’ll be in very safe hands.

Fantastic service. Haven't moved for 10 years and this time we were towards the top of a chain. Stressful along the way (including losing a buyer and having to start over) but Tom @ Gascoigne Halman was a fantastic help - especially towards the end. I have never thought about the value that estate agents provide once they hand over the process to solicitors but Tom was on the phone every day around exchange - always available, professional, good communicator and a massive help during the process. Highly recommend
