I was led to believe that putting the house on the market in November was a good idea. But Xmas and Brexit slowed the market, even so, I did expect more viewings and much more pro-active support and information about any interest. RR suggested I drop the price by 25k after their valuation to start. We agreed to close the arrangement I moved to another agent who said they would sell in 7 weeks for more than RR price, the difference was significant.
