They were very friendly and know the area well. The valuation was accurate as the other agents we saw all gave the same figure. The listing looked good and generated a lot of attention, however there was no conversion of viewings to offers, and no clear reason why this was the case. I'm sure we could have left the property listed with them for longer and it would have sold eventually but we did not have the time or energy for ongoing ad hoc viewings.

I chose these agents, The Property Man, because they are a small concern with a dedicated team. I have used large property agencies in the past and the service was terrible, from start to finish l had weekly updates via WhatsApp or telephone and once Christmas was out of
the way my property sold after a few viewings.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Property Man estate agents and all the staff.
