Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, especially with a long chain involved, but Julie was proactive, supportive, and always kept things moving. Her communication, persistence, and coordination made a huge difference and genuinely helped get the purchase over the line. The wider team were also professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Thank you again to Julie and the team for all of your hard work. We really appreciate it and would highly recommend Gascoigne Halman.

28th May 2026 (11 days ago)Worst service and they are scammers. If you pay rent on time they wont fix anything and took my entire deposit. Had a balacony issue for 4 years and no one even came to fix it says the balacony door manufactorer is from another area

The team was professional, friendly, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear guidance along the way. Their communication was outstanding, with quick responses to any questions and a genuine willingness to help. The attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service really stood out. I would highly recommend Leaders Fallowfield to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting and estate agent. A truly five-star experience!

Their tenacity, diligence, efficiency, honesty and speed was constant and they are quite simply miracle workers. We are forever in their debt and could not recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for estate agents who get the job done, treat you respectfully and sensitively; these are the people for you. Full marks for them all, best in class, without a shadow of a doubt. 1st Jun 2026 (7 days ago)??????Formerly Greenwood James and now under the Harrisons banner, the name may not be the same but the service certainly is.., and this is the reason we have been putting the new acquisitions for the portfolio with them for a few years now...?????????????????? Absolutely no regrets as the team are proactive, fair, and friendly too?? We are at ease when it comes to the portfolio they manage being managed properly... So a BiG Thank-You to Zoe Jackson (There are Two Zoe's) as she is our direct line and property manager, however the full team really are friendly and knowledgeable, so great to deal with..??????
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

7th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Valued house at £550k and a week later advised us to reduce price the day after it was advertised because a house nearby was marketed at £525. The other house clearly needed some refurbishment and the recommendation was based purely on competition and not on an accurate valuation.

31st May 2026 (8 days ago)The team at Bentley Hurst have been a pleasure to work with. I have been trying to sell my apartment, but due to tough economic environment the market is a little slow. However the selling side have been very proactive, with Joe, Tegan, Rebecca, and James all aiding the original sale. Then more recenlty Poppy and Olivia have been geting it ready to rent. Their enthusiasm comes across when talking to them or seeing them in their office. They have incredible communication skills, both verbally and in their emails. They are quick to respond and always willing to help. Their insight and guidance has been gratefully received

He provided a really personal touch and was so invested in making sure everything progressed successfully for the purchase despite many challenges we faced at our end trying to sell. From the very beginning, she was extremely professional, supportive, and understanding of my requirements and budget. Finding a good rental property in a decent location at an affordable price is not easy these days, but Rene really went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. What impressed me the most was her patience and honesty throughout the journey. She carefully listened to what I was looking for, suggested multiple suitable options, and made sure I got the best possible house within my budget without feeling rushed or pressured at any point. She was always quick to respond to messages and calls, kept me updated regularly, and handled every detail very efficiently. The property she helped me secure was exactly what I was hoping for — in a great location, well maintained, spacious, and very budget friendly compared to many other options I had seen around Manchester.
