Bev and Fiona as always go above and beyond for the chain and ensure everyone is happy. Our particular sale had a few delays and Fiona was excellent at keeping everyone updated and unsure everyone was happy and had realistic expectations.
I have used trading places (now merged with Hibbert homes) for the sale of my previous house and my parents and honestly can't recommend them enough, they definitely got us the best price!

Trading Places was an absolute stepping stone for me, Julie Mottram literally did everything within her power to help me get the place I wanted, in Sale Manchester. Her team was extremely helpful with the whole process. I only have good things to say about this agency and the landlords working with Trading Places. Sometimes a safe haven is a cozy little flat, that helps you get your act together for a couple years, while you work and save. I'm really grateful to this company for helping me move forward with life.

From the first contact with Bev she advised how much the sale price should be , how the sale would progress and the current lengthy time to complete.
in all aspects what she said happened.
A number of purchasers were found and Fiona took over all the negotiations and after completing finance checks she advised me which one to choose.
During the completion process Fiona kept me fully informed of the progress being made unlike my solicitor.
She constantly cleared up any queries the buyers solicitor had and got the deal over the line.
I was very impressed with the Trading Places team.

Having bought and sold many properties trading places in sale were excellent in the sale of my property
Bev the manager gave me a valuation and the property was sold within 7 days
Fiona was my direct contact and was excellent with all communication with myself
Her problems were getting information from a local estate agent and solicitor which were out of her control due to them not returning phone calls and emails
I had to step in to assist in her in getting communication from which was out of her control
Having bought and sold many properties in sale Fiona is successful and very professional person having known her for in excess of thirty years
I think a few estate agents need to conduct themselves as Fiona has over the last 3 months to complete the deal

Cannot recommend Trading Places enough! Just completed on my house & mainly dealt with Georgina , can't praise her enough, she was on the ball, very professional & tried to push the sale thru right from the word go....especially in the last 2 weeks , she would chase up the solicitors & kept me updated throughout the whole process.

Hi. I dont even know where to start, how about these guys, this team are absolutely AMAZING.
I was going to go with another company when i saw a house i wanted to buy, Trading places were selling the house so instead i went with them, they said they would make every effort to do the buy and sell and because i was buying with them it would make it easier. IT DID.
I can honestly say that at every turn, every hurdle, everything and anything i didn't understand, if i needed information this team were with me 100%. They bent over backwards to help, to chase things, solicitors, vendors information everything. They honestly could not do enough. They never gave up, nothing was too much of a problem for them, they work really hard and do it just for YOU, so that YOU have what you want and need. Fiona, Bev, Maria, everyone is fabulous, polite, professional, honest and reliable.
If like me you though to go someone else to save a few pounds, DON'T! These guys do it all, they go above and beyond in every conceivable way, i had piece of mind knowing this wonderful team were going to get me where i wanted.
Believe when i say, i am so very glad and thankful that i listened. I put my house on the market on Wednesday evening, within an hour i had a phone call to say there were people that wanted to view. Basically agreed to sell and buy in 4 days!! Obviously everything with the solicitors takes longer but it was quick, professional and Trading Places get back to you, if they say they are going to do something, they do, they do not let you down, you will be pleased if you choose them, highly, very highly recommended. Thank you to you all, i could not have done this without your help and guidance each and every step along the way

From start to finish Trading places have been amazing. Professional attitude throughout the whole process. All staff members are polite and quick to resolve any queries or problems. They all have all veen so helpful and supportive every step of the way. If we were ever to move again (which I hope we won't!!) I would use Trading Places without any hesitation.

Trading Places were fantastic from start to finish. There were always professional. I was kept informed every step of the process, when any issue arose they were quick to respond and solve any problem. Fiona handled the sale of my property and I wouldn't have asked for more from her. She went above and beyond. Fiona was my "go to person', she was persistent in getting the process moving. Not only did Trading Places sell my house quickly and efficiently but they understood that I had other pressing things going on (having a baby). Whilst I was unable to communicate they still carried on pushing the process along, and we even received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers from them when our little girl was born. We couldn't recommend Trading Places, especially Fiona, enough!

The staff at Trading Places are very friendly and co-operative. However the lack of efficient communication has been a problem throughout our tenancy. It can take days to respond to a simple query. Overall would recommend as they have resolved a lot of our issues, it just takes time.

I would highly recommend using her to rent out your property, she was able to talk me through the new regulation requirements for landlords and had extremely competitive fees, cheaper than other agents in the area.
