Currently in the process of being tied with this estate agent - put the board up outside the house but the house was not LIVE online, he then went on holiday for 3 weeks! Its still not on all housing websites, as promised. The pictures are amateur the description is awful. Been on the "market" for 3 weeks and only 3 viewings! Awful service, DO NOT RECOMMEND. His contract is binding and were told we cannot advertise through anyone else. Very frustrating. Avoid avoid avoid.... Read more

Lied to us about customer asking for full price, when we got there customer suggested will sell for 10k less then asking price but wanted the rest in CASH!. There sales representative told me the customer will accept slightly less then the offer as the house has been on for a while and previous buyer backed out. Definitely cannot trust them. And will not recomend, We didnt buy the house in the end as i felt i was being played the commision game that everyone knows estate agents are notorious for, eventually we got a house through purple bricks. Had Touchwood along with 3 other estate agents out to value my house. Touchwood valued it £70,000 above the rest. Got the feeling they wanted me to market with them at any cost even Had a quick look online - my gut instinct was correct - most properties they market are overpriced in comparison to others of similar type marketed by other estate agents. Element of dishonesty in approach. Not impressed with service.... Read more
