I can thoroughly recommend Umbrella Estates as Bilaal found several buyers for my home and I was able to reject most of the offers, leading to my home being sold to a cash buyer at a true market price. This may have been a function of the market being short of suitable homes for sale but I consider that Bilaal's ability to deal with the buyers in the market had more to do with it. His professionalism and enthusiasm are key factors in his ability to sell a decent home at a good price. All this added up to my being a very satisfied client, who was delighted to pay his very reasonable commission as it was well earned. I wish him every success in the future because he deserves it....
