This agency does not work professionally, but tries to play dirty just to extract some money from those who want to rent. I had a very bad experience with Sandip, who the day before signing the contract increased the rent, telling me dat the landlord is the one who asked for rent increase and they don't want to give me back the deposit for a week that i gave.
. This is inadmissible and it shows that the agency is not reliable. Be careful those who want to use this agency becausr this is a very dirty tactic.

I don't know why but, I feel they are just waste of time. they show house to about 30 people. then they call for interview with the owner. Owner is least interested in talking and decides just by looking at you if you can afford to pay the rent. Decision takes forever and meanwhile if we follow up. Once, very interested to reply guy (Anil Ranakoti) turns to a not interested to talk and reply guy. when called to know the status says ' you don't have to call, if you are selected you will get to know' I am serving notice to my current landlord, i can't let you take your own sweet time to reply.

We started the journey of purchasing our first home without having a lot of knowledge of the whole process and what it actually involves. We have had Mehul from Major Estates to help throughout all this journey by recommendation and so glad that we have met him. Mehul has been amazing from the beginning, so honest, such an amazing and reliable professional and most importantly so hands on everything he does. We have got our dream house after such a lengthy and stressful process and he has helped us by always guiding us step by step and answering promptly all our questions(trust me, we had lots). We could not have done this without him.
I highly recommend Mehul and the whole team at Major Estates.

Aman provided excellent service from shortlisting tenants, overseeing the vetting, providing a contact for the gas and electricity certificate and finalising the move. His communication during the whole process was noteworthy.

This is not an estate agency, it is an Asian grooming gang. We sent them office cleaners and not a few months go by that the boss' son, Niall, starts harassing one of them asking them to come to his house at 6:30pm on a Saturday for cleaning ^job^, then some poor miscreant named Aman starts asking the same cleaner to come to his rented shed and clean it for less than what we were paying her (which was 100% anyway). He then asks our company to give him 10% from all the cleaning jobs which the agency was giving, because he needs money for food (and that is why he is working there dressed like a paperboy).
Highly unprofessional, his mate Amit starts asking for the same percentage from jobs, then the receptionist there starts poaching our team members by asking them to work for less than what we were paying them (which was 100% of the job vaue) & even to clean her house foe free.
The boss has no idea of what is going on, and some of the staff there expect subcontractors to give them a percentage of the jobs value. They expect cleaners to work for them for the minimum wage or even for free (whereas we were paying them £15ph).
This is not a professional company, best to keep away and go for the proper ones like Foxtons, Rawlingstone Gold, Ellis & Co which are just close nearby.
You have no idea how they talk about clients & what they do in the properties people have trusted them to rent or sell.
Keep away from these thieves and amateurs, you've been forewarned.
