Vishal Patel has been an absolute god send, he made the whole process so easy from start to finish and is still checking in with myself even after moving in to make sure I'm settled in my new flat. I can't thank him enough for making this process so stress-free and very quick. He was always on the other end of the phone, via whatsapp, email or calls to make sure I was never worrying/anxious about anything and always answered all of my questions without making me feel like i was a burden.

Mr. Vishal was extremely helpful and professional. As a first time renter in the UK, I had many questions and he answered all of them patiently. He also sent me a couple of videos of the property I was interested in as I could not visit the property. Bought a house from Winkworth in April and it was a tiresome experience. The estate agent on the days I viewed was barely interested and you could tell didn't want to be there (luckily the property sold itself). Once my offer was accepted the updates from Winkworth were reactive, and few and far between. I had to chase to find out what was happening from the sellers side and when I was told they would get back to me, it was typically never done or came days later than they said they would. My emails went days and weeks without a response. A simple holding email would have sufficed. Following the sale I've chased countless times for a missing gate key but up until now I have not received a response (two months later). The "For Sale" sign at the front of the house was changed to "under offer" during the process and then changed to "sold" after I completed. Surely it should have been collected at that time!?! No one has been in contact about the sign regarding collection and as I mentioned earlier, I'm still waiting for a response to my email regarding the gate key. Estate agents typically have a bad reputation and maybe unfair at times but this organisation did nothing to change that narrative.

Terrible experience with the Winkworth Harrow letting agent,
I was having issue in the flat. Despite of continuous followups for more than 3 months nothing was fixed. They were not at all responsive.
At the end of tenancy I had to literally fight to get my deposit back.
Very unreasonable deductions from my deposit was imposed on me. After series of emails and pointing their unfair actions the deduction claim were reduce to less than half which was imposed earlier.

Having been dealing with many agents in the past. I am completely impressed by Vikesh's professionalism and knowledge.
During the conveyancing process, he keeps all parties well informed. My surveyor and solicitor were both also impressed by his quick response and coordination skills. i would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Absolutely disgusted with the service from this company. No exceptions within the team either. Had to chase, chase and chase more. The information was normally incorrect and late. We were extremely late informed of the lack of payment from our tenants and this was only the start in extreme bad management of our apartment.
Considering the cost of the management contract, they did absolutely NOTHING
We then asked them to sell the property and it took them 1 year to do nothing. Wish we had gone to another agent much earlier.

I’m absolutely livid and disgusted that it takes two people in this firm to give me property information and they can’t even speak properly. Simple task of price and information and whether it’s chain free and they can’t answer the simple questions without passing the phone.
I asked to speak to the sales advisor and they said that he’s left the company. You should take some time and train your staff into handling phone calls and enquiries. They really don’t have a clue.

I had a bad experience with Winkworth as a seller. Before we signed with them they promised us we would do an opening viewing in the next couple of weeks to get as many viewings. This did not happen and we did not get any viewings till after 12 weeks of being on the market with them.

Says it all really......If the agent can't make the appointment. In this day and age is is quite astonishing surprised Winkworth has such high reviews....maybe it's just Kamal?

He arranged numerous visits and answered all our queries regardning the house we were buying. He went an extra mile and provided a letter for our mortgage provided who argued that the rental value of our flat wasn't as high as we thought. Jerzy found other similar properties in the area that rented out at the price we said. He also found us a very good tenant (fingers crossed!). Kamal, his boss, was also very helpful and is extremely knowledgable on the subject of buying and letting. Very friendly and professional team!

at Winkworth was very professional and the whole process was stress free.

I found this estate agency on the internet and I wasn't expecting that Winkworth will be the best experience of estate agencies that I ever had. I've changed lots of proprieties since I came to the UK, but the Winkworth is the most good and satisfying estate agency that I know. Another surprise from this company is their worker Jerzy. He gave me the best services and most satisfying experience that I ever could receive. Mr. Jerzy is a big professional in this game. I would like to advise for all estate agents to take an example from him, that will create a good reputation of this company.

Jerzy at Winkworth is a very helpful and polite person who has solved all of the problems we had during our tenancy. He speaks fluently both in English and Polish which really helped us when we were looking for properties. I have given his number to many of my friends, and they too are happy with his help and advice. Great company to do business with.

Won't recommend at all. They are lying all the time. For internet we are waiting already 3 months and still nothing, of course only i have a problem in their opinion but almost everybody from Kirkfield House are disgusted and also fighting with this agency. No communication at all , they are not responding for letters and email. Is that professional to send a positive feedback by emloyees? I dont think so.

After one stressful month, tons of calls and houses that we've seen and none that I could choose, I have found Ana Maria Bondea. She was kind, very polite and ready to answer to any question I had and she was working with Winkworth Harrow.
In one week I was able to move into the house I was looking for. I'm very thankful that I've found them.
I would definitely recommend her and the agency she's working for.
