We have used Hilton Fox since 2017 to rent out our property, they have always found us good tenants and have good contacts when it comes to any maintenance issues.
I would highly recommended them if letting or even selling as they have a good presence within the Harrow and Brent borough,

We recently purchased our property from Vikram at Hilton & Fox and had the most stress free experience ever compared to other stories we heard. We had been looking for a property for months and came across really bad estate agents who were messing us around and being helpful.
It was too good to be true when we came across Vikram. He was professional, courteous and always made sure we were ok with everything. This made the buying process so much easier. He stayed in constant contact with the solicitors and all parties involved to make sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
I cannot recommend Vikram enough whether you are buying or selling. He is second to none.

Our experience with Vikram was excellent. He initially went out of his way on a weekend to allow us to see a property and then advised us in a professional and balanced manner during our considerations on the area and on the property.
He was friendly and professional throughout, and made us feel like our best interests were primary to his advice.

We used Hilton & Fox to rent out or property in Harrow Wealdstone. They were able to find tenants within 2 weeks. As we were renting our property for the first time, we were very sceptical however we were reassured by the Lettings team. They explained the process to us and their service was second to none. We would highly recommend this Estate Agents.
