Aweful estate agent. Extremely poor admin and documentation especially inventory checks Vs other agents locally. Poor communication on email and over the phone.
As a land lord i would highly recommend not using Maple Estate agent.
I had a tenant eviction situation and I was told to my face that they didn't care about my property and only cared about the tenant. They also do not handle deposit schemes at all

Awful service, did not fix locks on windows for years and will only make contact when they want to increase rent or charge you for some random reason. They are so shady I wouldn’t be surprised if all their reviews are fake or paid for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Landlords avoid these guys and tenants don’t rent from these guys.

They are very rude, unprofessional, doesn't follow any courtesy to the clients. I met the staff Ewellina, she is very much rude and most incompetent lady.
I had really bad experience with them. I've choose a pretty old property (at 47 wellington road, harrow) and was completely dirty, not clean having insects etc etc. After complaining nothing has been taken care. There was a small garden and after leaving the property they charged £600.00 for garden cleaning and no breakdown cost provided (even after 1 month). Can anyone imagine for this amount !! Even they don't allow to speak with landlord for any break up cost, negotiation etc. They say cleaning cost not charged and there were bed bugs, which is worthless. As during check out there were not bugs at all and not mentioned in the check-out list.
Moreover, they took pictures when move in and move out, but complete worthless. If you ask for an evidence for the pictures w.r.t to the deduction charges they will not provide you. The one word they'll say this is final if you accept or not accept.
I've no clue how Maple getting good reviews. My honest recommend is, not to go with this agency and even you see the landlord is Mr. Noronha be aware. Agency and Landlord both are tied up and going to charge you unreasonable amount after leaving and you've to follow up for months for that.

They are very honest as well as efficient in their job. I had the luck to come in contact with these guys and guess what? They helped me sell my residential property at a very profitable deal that I hardly expected before. Their agents have a broad knowledge of the current market and they would tell you the specifics of what you seek by comparing it with current rates and conditions in the market.

I do not understand how these Letting Agents are getting good reviews at all. They have a particular employee, Olga, who is the rudest and most incompetent person I have ever met. She treats clients like crap and tries to establish her dominance over them. And it is not just from my experience, few people I know had problems with her as well. She insults clients to their face and shouts at them especially if their english isn't great.
I honestly recommend that you stay away from this employee if not from the agency itself.

This is the only estate and letting agent in the city that cares for customers more than generating revenues. I think they know what exactly to be done to earn goodwill. I have visited their office twice. On both occasions, they didn’t make me feel aloof and keep providing me updates about current real estate market so that I can take a decision on my own. This is really awesome.

Although there is a language barrier among us, still their knowledge has helped them to convince me about the property I was asked to buy. This is what I would call true professionalism. I will be little bias while praising this real estate agent. The reason for doing this is that the owner of this company helped me to find the right property when I required it the most. I was new to the city and was looking for a house, that too within my limited budget. He and his team haled me a lot to find my dream home within 7 days. This is really appreciable.

I wouldnt even give it a 1 star like most have said they do not simply care about there customers they dont care about helping you slove issues all they want is the rent on rent day. Staff most are rude and couldnt care less if i was anyone else i would seriously take into account all the bad reviews they have been given i did but took a chance and wished i didnt. They yes do have staff that can not speak english but what makes it worse is that they use these staff to become building inspectors that dont have a clue on what they talk about cheap labour hence staff service better off using a decent agent who may charge u fees etc but will be there for u in terms of customer services maple NEVER AGAIN

Most incompetent estate agency EVER !
The staff doesn't know anything about customer service, they are incompetent when it comes down to solving issues. Half of them do not even know english.
They stall everything when it comes down to processing a complaint.
3 months I've been waiting for them to put a net on top of the drain in the back garden, in order to stop leaves from falling into it and clogging the pipes. Got mould in my flat too, and every single time I call them about it, they just say 'clean it', no one hacks the fact that it is in-wall growth.
Can't wait for my binding period to be over and to move away from the property.
Frustrating to work with! Avoid avoid avoid like the plague.
