I would rate Underhills with 10 starts if I had the option. I came across them after a stressful experience with a different local agency - that I will not name - which was keen on not returning the whole deposit amount... Underhills has very fair, friendly, welcoming and kind people. We kept good communication at all times and prevented any issues we could prevent. I had all the support I needed whenever I had to ask for advice. I would especially mention Jon, who was my main contact, but also Melinda and Mark. I would definitely recommend without blinking twice! I thank you very much for making this such a pleasant experience. Leaving was kind of sad for me....... Read more

Underhills rentals are a disgrace! My partner rented a property through them for 7 months during this time he was left for 2 months with no heating in the winter (not even an offer of an electric plug in heater,) he was also told that the mould that was forming in the property was due to his lifestyle (he showered as most I believe do.) The staff were rude, arrogant and extremely unprofessional, I could write an entire essay on reasons NOT to use them. Not to mention he was lied to and passed from pillar to post by every member of staff in there at some point in an attempt to hide their incompetence. Please AVOID... Read more

We rented a flat through underhills and the whole team was great, all the way through from the initial viewing to vacating the property. We were mainly in communication with Jon and Edward and they got any problems sorted immediately and always responded quickly. Best letting agents I've dealt with.... Read more
