Being that I'm now retired, I decided to sell my house in my home town of Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire and decided to move to Dawlish in a beautiful part of Devon which I adore. A friend of mine who lives locally found a property in Dawlish Warren that Underhill Estate Agents in Dawlish had up for sale and I came down to view it, I made an offer which was accepted and the service provided by Sam was second to none. 2 days after I had exchanged contracts on my house in Tewkesbury, the seller of the property I was planning to buy decided to pull out! I had already agreed a completion date for 3 weeks time, so I was then left with a predicament. True to form, Sam pulled out all stops and came up with another property for me, and got everything on track for me to move to my new, beautiful home by the prearranged completion date. I would definitely recommend anyone either buying or selling a property to use Underhill's, as the service provided is impeccable, and I am extremely grateful to Sam and Martyn for all their help finding me a home which is beyond my wildest dreams....
