Mohammed has made a real high-quality difference to living in the property through resolving problems immediately without concern or worry. Mohammed always answers immediately to any queries I have with thoughtful, solution based answers. If I have ever had any maintenance issues, Mohammed has resolved this within the following 24 hours. He has been excellent with responding to any of my questions/queries and always quick to direct us to his brilliant maintenance team who are always there to solve any issues! The maintenance team are always kind and friendly, and ensure the issue does not occur again. A truly great experience and could not have provided a better service. I rented with Urban Spectrum for 18 months. The staff are friendly and the whole process was smooth, both check-in and check-out went without a hitch. Loved the house and even when some things did go wrong with the property… Urban Spectrum would send someone to come and fix things immediately to remedy the situation. I rented from them for many years at a beautiful building in Plaistow. It was an old school converted into flats, with security and its own car park. Accessible easily to the city and the Westfield Stratford. It was clean modern spacious and all friendly neighbours.
