Urban Spectrum have been extremely professional and kind to me. I would thoroughly recommend them. They were always very responsive. They helped out on anything I needed help with and always acted very quickly when there was an issue. Mohammed was particularly diligent.

I lived in an Urban Spectrum property for nearly a year and the property was great. However, we lived on brixton road and we're assured the property wasn't noisy (as it was covid times we couldn't view it ourselves) and it was supppppper noisy like so loud but we got used to it.
The team is responsive to most queries, following up with them something you have to do often but if needed things fixed it would get done - and the building was cleaned weekly which was a plus!!
Mohammed was great - always responsive. Would rent from them again!

Mohammed Bhoola has been fantastic over the past 4 years that I’ve been renting from Urban Spectrum. He’s always responsive, even out of office hours, and very quick to sort any issues. I’ve found having him on the other side of the phone very helpful. He’s been able to resolve all my queries and concerns, big or small!
