I have rented two flats over the last nine years with Urban Spectrum in London, and have been really appreciative of their service. Whenever any issue arose with the flat, Mohammed Bhoola (the Maintenance Manager) was highly responsive and kind, sending his professional team out quickly for it to be sorted efficiently. Mohammed has made a real high-quality difference to living in the property through resolving problems immediately without concern or worry. Mohammed always answers immediately to any queries I have with thoughtful, solution based answers. If I have ever had any maintenance issues, Mohammed has resolved this within the following 24 hours. He has been excellent with responding to any of my questions/queries and always quick to direct us to his brilliant maintenance team who are always there to solve any issues!
