Taking over an existing tenancy agreement for a flat in Sistova Road proved very easy. Hamptons handled most of the negotiation with the current tenants and all of the processes we needed to undertake were clearly explained. Dixons Estate agents (halesowen) worked hard for us to help us in selling our home including arranging and carrying viewings on our behalf while we were in the process of selling the property they were proactivley looking and canvassing for properties that we were after.
After speaking to sellers of properties we were viewing it became evermore so apparent that other estate agents were not actively helping them even down to not even being there to carry out viewings, some never even contacted us for feedback on properties we viewed (we seen some disheartened sellers).
We advised everyone to sell through Dixions as they are proactive and the proof is evident.
Also on the plus side they have an outstanding mortgage adviser Baljit Bajway hidden away upstairs who has arranged our mortgage and remortgage ever since we were home owners saves you a fortune ever time you talk to him outstanding at his job.
Over the moon with the staff in that building.
