After selecting 14 estate agents savills was the 15th and I appointed straight away, savills didn't try and complicate the sale and had been upfront with costs and how the sale would be conducted. The promise they kept and the professionalism was absolutely genuine what I required considering the estates value. I was very confident in leaving physical viewings and virtual viewings organised by savills who kept me up to date with who was attending my property at all times . Helen/David pulled out all the stops and was clear with their agents fees which was at a good percentage and very transparent no hidden agenda's. Savills are a very professional company which I recommend to anyone selling a property for the first time like myself.... Read more

Excellent service, they worked extremely hard to ensure that I had multiple viewings in a very short period of time. Received regular feedback from these and when one offer fell through they were able to get to a point of a further offer within two weeks. I'd highly recommend them.... Read more
