It's rarely if ever a choice as to who manages your rental property, but it makes a real difference when you get a good one and can rely on them to communicate effectively and react to any issues in a timely and helpful manner. For the love of god stay away from this estate agents. They are so unprofessional and are only interested in your money, they could not careless about their customers. They tell you what you want to hear or just flat out lie to you, if you hear the name Julia Tymoshchuk run a mile and then a few more until you get to another estate agents.... Read more

The worst estate agent in London. Watch this place as it's run by unprofessional people that rent out dumps. Make sure you take your own photos and don't forget to open the Fridge and Oven checking for damage. Always challenge them if they try to take any part of your bond as they will chance their arm at any opportunity. Don't understand how businesses like this are still allowed to operate. As to when payments must be made or to what information if given in to them or even to the properties that they manage that they can't even help to switch on heating and just tell a paying tenant to Google it without giving any information on the system to Google.... BE AWARE FROM THIS AGENCY AVOID IT IF YOU CAN AND IF YOU ARE WITH THEM GOOD LUCK I have paid deposit to Eugen Reynolds insisted CASH ONLY from which there was NOT INVOICE ISSUED. The money were not receded in the company and no adequate invoice was provided to me. I do believe that this dos not accord with the MONEY LAUNDERING REGULATIONS in UK and for this reason I will contact inlaid revenue. They didn't want to rent the flat to me because I am 6 mounts pregnant. Vicky Phelan provided wrong info to the reference company so I will be refused the reference and loose the deposit! I just wonder how many people like me have given a deposit in CASH! It seems to me that the nature of your busyness is taking deposit in cash from which are not provide an invoice. Rejecting people the references and keeping the deposit. I will not let this matter go lightly as I do not want for some else to go through the same as you have put us through.... Read more
