We rented a property through John G Dean in Earlsfield for around 4 years. As a property agent our experience was very postive. It's rarely if ever a choice as to who manages your rental property, but it makes a real difference when you get a good one and can rely on them to communicate effectively and react to any issues in a timely and helpful manner. We would recommend John G Dean.

I have used the Services of John Dean & Co. on numerous occasions for property Lease Extensions , and have always found them to be affective and efficient in achieving an acceptable resolution . Caroline Appleby has been the contact throughout my dealings with the Company , and is readily contactable , fast acting and very Professional in her approach to all situations . I would strongly recommend this Company .

For the love of god stay away from this estate agents. They are so unprofessional and are only interested in your money, they could not careless about their customers. They tell you what you want to hear or just flat out lie to you, if you hear the name Julia Tymoshchuk run a mile and then a few more until you get to another estate agents.

The worst estate agent in London. Watch this place as it's run by unprofessional people that rent out dumps.
Make sure you take your own photos and don't forget to open the Fridge and Oven checking for damage.
Always challenge them if they try to take any part of your bond as they will chance their arm at any opportunity.
Don't understand how businesses like this are still allowed to operate.
Good bye and good riddance.

The best estate agency ever I experienced. Vicky has been so helpful and responsive during our tenancy period. Asked for some simple details on a property and was completely ignored and just told to come view when they were doing viewings - clearly more interested in just filling properties with anyone than customer service and finding good tenants.

I rented with them for one year. After previously renting with nugget letting agents, I found it refreshing to correspond with one person throughout the year (unlike a previous experience). My queries or issues, big or small, were always dealt with within an acceptable time frame.
Both moving in and moving out paperwork was easy and made both experiences less stressful.

Utterly awful memories of renting with these guys. Vicki Phelan is laughably rude, unhelpful and does everything to make the most simple task or request stress you out as much as possible. Keep up the farcical act Vicki, you are the Basil Fawlty of letting agents. Everyone else, do your stress levels a favour and avoid at all costs!!

Worst company to ever try and work with. They are unclear in just about all aspects of their own business. As to when payments must be made or to what information if given in to them or even to the properties that they manage that they can't even help to switch on heating and just tell a paying tenant to Google it without giving any information on the system to Google.
