    BE AWARE FROM THIS AGENCY AVOID IT IF YOU CAN AND IF YOU ARE WITH THEM GOOD LUCK I have paid deposit to Eugen Reynolds insisted CASH ONLY from which there was NOT INVOICE ISSUED. The money were not receded in the company and no adequate invoice was provided to me. I do believe that this dos not accord with the MONEY LAUNDERING REGULATIONS in UK and for this reason I will contact inlaid revenue. They didn't want to rent the flat to me because I am 6 mounts pregnant. Vicky Phelan provided wrong info to the reference company so I will be refused the reference and loose the deposit! I just wonder how many people like me have given a deposit in CASH! It seems to me that the nature of your busyness is taking deposit in cash from which are not provide an invoice. Rejecting people the references and keeping the deposit. I will not let this matter go lightly as I do not want for some else to go through the same as you have put us through.
