We’d swapped to Valentines after being very dissatisfied with a different agent, and we wish we’d gone to Deborah from the start! She’s a very professional yet approachable and friendly lady, whose knowledge of Shaw is second to none and her reputation is equally impressive…. At what was a really stressful and emotional time ( my late father’s property and our family home for over 50 years ) Deborah was kind, empathetic and genuinely caring, which meant so much to me personally. We are first time buyers and our solicitors were useless, Valentines Estate agents made the process so much easier, all of them are friendly, helpful and empathetic of first time buyers, when our solicitor was dragging there feet Deborah was there to give them a nudge and get answers out of them, the house buying process is long winded and boring but valentines made it an enjoyable experience.
