Most unprofessional Estate Agent in Oldham. My personal experience of the branch staff is very poor. You will not find the Shaw branch staff responding to email or picking up the phone. My house has been completely trashed by the tenant. They will also charge extortionate fee for menial repair works and are always late in collecting the rent from the tenant. No one in the branch takes any ownership of the rental arrears. Shaw branch is completely unresponsive to any communication. Very poor, unprofessional and despicable customer service. If you are a landlord, never even think of considering this branch.

This branch of Shaw Oldham is truly disgusting. Because I made offer for a 3 bedroom semi-detached house and they said will me inform within 2 days if the offer is accepted or not. But after 2 days I call them and they told me that the property is sold, I am really surprised I told them I am waiting for the reply but now you telling me that the house is sold. this branch are really unprofessional and they play with the people.

Used as a letting agent for a property in the Shaw area. Checks and comms with the tenant were not kept up to date and the house was left in disrepair. Tenant stopped paying rent with no comms from YourMove until I chased. Eventually moved to court proceedings and took 9months to eventually evict the tenant. With little to no involvement from yourmove, apart from them attending court with the wrong documents meaning our hearing was adjourned for another month!!! Now over a yr down the line and I still can’t get the tenants deposit back from them. Countless phone calls , emails and following their “complaints” process. I can’t even get a response or update as to why or what is happening. Currently taking this to the ombudsman. Absolutely useless and complete waste of money as a letting agent. This is still on going for me. DO NOT USE!

The property we were selling in Hathershaw
had been rented out for 10 years through 'Your Move' and we had no problem with any of the Tenants in that time so we decided to sell the property with 'Your Move ' we used Georgia for the sale and she was very thorough and helpful with all the technical side of the paperwork which made it easier for my wife and I to negotiate our side of the paperwork, it did take longer than expected which was of no fault of Georgia who we thought without her help it would have taken a lot longer Thank you to Georgia and Your move for their help , J, Bamford.

No fee but can put in a donation in a box in the entrance hall
It has a disabled lift and disabled parking fir 2 cars outside the front of the building not sure where the disabled toilets are but the toilets I found where down 2 flights of stairs
The museum itself was very interesting there were a few floors with different rooms on each level and a little gift shop the levels showed periods of Romans victoriana and the dinosaur age there was a stuffed animal section to that was interesting most of the rooms as well as being informative were interactive too great place fir family's the ground level I think was pop art these museum's are well worth supporting as it is keeping our history alive the building was old but nice and warm fir free great place to visit

I recently had the responsibility of selling my parents home which is a daunting task for anyone. I employed Your Move, Shaw... one of the best decisions I've ever made. The whole team made the selling process a lot less stressful than I expected.
Louise provided an accurate valuation and presented interest from potential buyers within hours of our initial meeting. The first day the property was officially marketed a bulk viewing was arranged and we received three offers, the property sold for the asking price that same day.
From start to finish I was very well looked after and informed. Louise, Ashleigh and the whole team were clear about what was happening and made the sales process go smoothly with professionalism and good humour. Every member of the team were on point & proactive to push the sale through.
All in all, the whole team far exceeded any of my expectations and I would highly recommend Your Move, Shaw to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the area.

I have been fortunate to have used Your Move Shaw for both Lettings and sales. The staff have been both professional and friendly whenever I have dealt with them. They have gone above and beyond on a number of occasions including viewings and access for trades.
I am confident in the teams local knowledge and rely on their advice regularly. At a very sensitive time my sister and I had the onerous task of selling my recently deceased mothers property on Salts Street in Shaw. We had two estate agents visit to offer their services one being Valentines and the other Your Move. We elected to choose Your Move for their professional attitude and their understanding of our situation instead of boasting what their qualifications they had and how many houses they were selling which we felt was totally un professional and sadly not listening to our situation. We were able to contact Your Move on all queries we raised without fuss and the house was sold within weeks and at the price we were looking for . Amanda and Ashleigh deserve a special mention for all their help not forgetting everybody we talked to was happy to help especially in this time of Pandemic. Thankyou all.

Very upset with your move estate agents shaw. As estate agents I would say their job role is to regularly communicate with potential buyers and negotiate between buyers and sellers. We recently tried to purchase a property after 4 weeks we got told our offer got declined, to find out someone had got accepted at the same price. No negotiation and we had to chase up our offer standings. The feedback was we missed 2 calls, at 5:13PM just before closing time....
