Most unprofessional Estate Agent in Oldham. My personal experience of the branch staff is very poor. You will not find the Shaw branch staff responding to email or picking up the phone. My house has been completely trashed by the tenant. They will also charge extortionate fee for menial repair works and are always late in collecting the rent from the tenant. No one in the branch takes any ownership of the rental arrears. Shaw branch is completely unresponsive to any communication. Very poor, unprofessional and despicable customer service. If you are a landlord, never even think of considering this branch.... Read more

This branch of Shaw Oldham is truly disgusting. Because I made offer for a 3 bedroom semi-detached house and they said will me inform within 2 days if the offer is accepted or not. But after 2 days I call them and they told me that the property is sold, I am really surprised I told them I am waiting for the reply but now you telling me that the house is sold. this branch are really unprofessional and they play with the people.... Used as a letting agent for a property in the Shaw area. Checks and comms with the tenant were not kept up to date and the house was left in disrepair. Tenant stopped paying rent with no comms from YourMove until I chased. Eventually moved to court proceedings and took 9months to eventually evict the tenant. With little to no involvement from yourmove, apart from them attending court with the wrong documents meaning our hearing was adjourned for another month!!! Now over a yr down the line and I still can’t get the tenants deposit back from them. Countless phone calls , emails and following their “complaints” process. I can’t even get a response or update as to why or what is happening. Currently taking this to the ombudsman. Absolutely useless and complete waste of money as a letting agent. This is still on going for me. DO NOT USE!... Read more

Don’t use these stay well away. Poor customer service never answer the phone or reply to emails you have to chase and chase and chase to get an answer from them. The property we were selling in Hathershaw had been rented out for 10 years through 'Your Move' and we had no problem with any of the Tenants in that time so we decided to sell the property with 'Your Move ' we used Georgia for the sale and she was very thorough and helpful with all the technical side of the paperwork which made it easier for my wife and I to negotiate our side of the paperwork, it did take longer than expected which was of no fault of Georgia who we thought without her help it would have taken a lot longer Thank you to Georgia and Your move for their help , J, Bamford....
