I’m incredibly pleased with the service I received from Damien Scott (assisted by Francesca) from W J Meade. My mother (75) needed to find urgent accommodation, with specific requirements. Damian went out of his way to secure a fantastic place for her in no time.The care and understanding through the process was fantastic. They facilitated all the admin etc for her to do it calmly and with cero stress.The property she is renting through WJ Meade is impecable as Damien told us it would be.She is very happy there! stay away. You try very hard to get information. They don't return phones. They do not provide information about the process. they don't keep their word. do not trust them. We made two office visits, made dozens of phone calls. conclusion; lost times. They are far from professional. constant bullshit…

Their houses are filthy rats running around, Charlie was very snobby and rude, very rude staff don’t know how to talk to customers can’t believe they were late to appointment by 1 hour highly disappointed
