We recently bought a holiday park home via Walker & Waterer who were the vendors' estate agent. Despite the fact that the purchase price was comparatively low compared to standard bricks and mortar properties, the professionalism, consideration, efficiency, promptness helpfulness and empathy shown by sales negotiator Harrison was first class. He kept in regular contact with us through the transaction, which became unnecessarily prolonged, caused by the vendors, and he showed great consideration to us as purchasers. We would recommend this first class company unreservedly for sales or purchases.

Due to some issues I was not very happy with the viewing. However the manager did contact me later and explained the misunderstanding, which I really appreciate it. I can say they are very responsive and care about their clients. Therefore I would definitely recommend working with them.

Kirby is fantastic and pretty much singlehandedly saved my house purchase! She always somehow always found the time to answer emails quickly, normally within in minutes, would always chase and update everyone when needed, and offered brilliant advice and insights throughout. I can't thank her and Walker and Waterer enough - they restored my faith in estate agents and I wouldn't even consider using anyone else as my first choice going forward. Me and my twin sister have had an overall GREAT experience with Walker and Waterer. This was our first time moving out since living with our parents, in to now our own beautiful maisonette. Special mention goes to Harrison, who was brilliant! Friendly and professional. He sold our house in just over 1 week! We were very impressed!
Kirby was so helpful throughout the whole process, and the communication was brilliant too. Terry was very helpful.

The team at Walker & Waterer were professional throughout the buying process, and believe me there were many twists and knots in the road!
Kirby, Tom and Harrison stood out the most and remained diligent and professional at all times with excellent communication to all parties.
What you have here is a quality team, with good local knowledge and a healthy dosage of empathy, which is important when experiencing what can be a very stressful time.
Nothing is straight forward when dealing with people and property, and I highly recommend Walker & Waterer to anyone whether you are buying or selling.
