We have never rented before and Alex guided us through every step and could not have been more helpful, professional and prompt in replying to all our emails, phone calls and requests.

Shona West managed and project managed a very substantial and complicated home flood insurance claim , which took 9 months to complete. She consistently addressed and followed up with Insurers and communicated and appraised us of progress. Her suppliers were excellent as was the main contractor Westworks and team, who put the house back together. We have worked with Shona for the past 5 years who has delivered outstanding service for which we are most grateful. Within two weeks of completion of all works, Shona and her team successfully secured a new tenant on a 3 year lease, which is incredible.

Very disappointed with how lily was not a true professional
We went to see a flat made an offer
I understand she would comeback to me but she never did
I understand landlord might had accepted another offer
But not getting back to us after we called you times and emailed you twice
You said you will let us know once landlord decided
It’s 3 weeks now and have not heard a thing
Obviously it show you are disrespectful and rude

I wish to commend Stirling Ackroyd in Woking for their integrity and skill in dealing with my flat sale. At all times they have been honest open and have kept me informed and I have been impressed by this service.
Lily Algar, has especially, dealt with my sale and she always been ready to help and deal with issues to ensure everything was as smooth as possible. She seems a very talented Estate Agent.
Also, Matthew Parr and Anna have been very professional.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Stirling Ackroyd during my move, and I am very happy with their service. From the moment we first viewed the house with Lilly, their agent, to the seamless move-in process, everything was handled with professionalism and honesty.
Lilly, especially, stood out for her upfront and transparent approach. Her honesty was refreshing and played a big part in making our decision-making process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find an agent who genuinely cares about the clients' needs and goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.
Moreover, this culture of honesty and helpfulness extended beyond Lilly to other members of the Stirling Ackroyd team we interacted with. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, well-informed, and eager to assist us.
While there was a minor misunderstanding about a piece of furniture, it hasn't caused much concern on our end.

Our situation has not been straightforward, but Matt has been excellent, and we have been grateful for his support, professional advice and guidance throughout, and Lily and Anna have been fantastic in their day-to-day dealings with us, reliably keeping us informed at all stages of progress, understanding of our concerns and proactive and professional in dealing with problems and queries as they arise.
