I bought my house via this agency.
They certainly did a good job, showing me round this, and several other houses.
Also they communicated well when dealing with the purchase.
The only letdown was on handing over the keys when I completed on the property.
Could not access the entire house due to lack of keys, and the vendors very daftly posted the keys back to the house - certainly bad for security!

We sold our house through Watts and Morgan and were really impressed with their efficiency, knowledge and kindness. The market was very buoyant then fell to completely flat during the time we were trying to sell. We had two sales fall through, one the day before exchange. Throughout, Talia was really helpful with her sound advice and she and Rebecca pulled out all the stops for us. We especially thought their communication was excellent, we always got thorough feedback on viewings very quickly and they were always easy to contact, which made the whole process much less stressful. Jane was also really helpful in progressing our sale, in constant touch with the buyer and their solicitor and always letting us know what was happening. Thank you Watts and Morgan, Talia, Rebecca and Jane made a really stressful time much easier and we're very glad we chose you as our agents!

Very pleased with the quality and experience of the staff. They were always available and prompt with their answers to queries. We came to realise quite soon that being an estate agent is not the easiest of jobs, having to deal with delays by Sellers and with Buyers pushing for early completion. To their credit they were able to maintain a happy compromise and our house purchase finally went through. Our thanks go out to Jayne and Talia for a job well done. My experience with Watts & Morgan is both from a Rental and buying perspective.
Renting with them over nearly 5 years, at first I found them very supportive and helpful.
However, over time, little things were promised (even during COVID) like, Landlord would like to come and visit next inspection to look into making the garden more accessible, or they want to look to fit an updated Kitchen/bathroom but it never happened because the landlord wanted to update the property. Now, I am aware this is very likely down to the landlord however, there was no communication. We were just left to wonder.
Nearing the end of the tenancy, the landlord served a section 21 due to wanting the property back which is completely fine but while asking W&M to relay messages back to the landlord in terms of flexible timescales (due to in the process of purchasing a home) despite multiple chases and multiple phone calls, we were met with a wall of silence.
One thing that is worth highlighting is that when the property was handed back, the final inspection process was flawless and we got our bond back on the same day so couldn’t have asked for more.
I found the rental team were very professional & very friendly but need to work on their communication skills to keep tenants better informed about things.
From a buying perspective, again, found the firm very professional and the staff incredibly friendly, warm and informative when you ask the right questions. As a first-time buyer with no buying knowledge, it almost felt like I was left to dry with nothing to re-assure on what was going on. No kind of progress tool that I could check to see where things were. It just felt like something was missing. Homes have been bought and sold for many years and will continue to do so. There is most certainly a gap in the process as there was no proactive management. Just reactive and for a customer, proactive management goes a long way.
The process felt like if you are a seller and equally with the renting side, if you are a landlord then W&M are for you. As a buyer or a tenant, I felt that unless you are a seasoned buyer or tenant knowing exactly what to expect and when, then, you will feel a bit like a fish out of water with W&M. Again, this is just my experience.
I got to a point where I almost felt like I was becoming a “nagging customer” No-one should get to a point where they are feeling like they are nagging anybody and there lays my main bit of feedback which alines with the experience I got while renting.
I found the sales team were very professional & very friendly but need to work on their communication skills to keep buyers better informed about things.
Would I use W&M again? Yes I would consider it.

Most recently they sold my home in Litchard, Bridgend and made the whole sales process as easy and pain free as possible. Watts & Morgan played a huge role in ensuring we got our dream home. Talia, in particular, was amazing selling our previous house and even when the chain broke the day before exchange, the whole team was hugely supportive and quickly found us new buyers. I have used W&M every time we've sold and would use them again without hesitation - not that we have any intention of selling any time soon!

The worst estate agent I have ever communicated with over the phone. I had been warned prior about this estate agent. What was more surprising, it was the head of sales, Kate Morgan. Poor attitude, rude and shocking communication skills. A prime example of how not to run business. Avoid this agent at all cost.

Twice I've rang to make an appointment to view a property that came on rightmove a few hours before, twice the property was already 'under offer' before I've even has a chance to make an appointment.
There is clearly some list of exclusive people that they contact first before it goes live on rightmove so that they have a chance to view the property first and by the time it does go on right move, it's already gone. Not only that but if it's under offer then why don't you state that on right move?
Such a waste of my time, I wouldn't bother using them in any capacity. Also Jane was rather rude on the phone and didn't really offer an explanation.
