We sold our house through Watts and Morgan and were really impressed with their efficiency, knowledge and kindness. The market was very buoyant then fell to completely flat during the time we were trying to sell. We had two sales fall through, one the day before exchange. Throughout, Talia was really helpful with her sound advice and she and Rebecca pulled out all the stops for us. We especially thought their communication was excellent, we always got thorough feedback on viewings very quickly and they were always easy to contact, which made the whole process much less stressful. Jane was also really helpful in progressing our sale, in constant touch with the buyer and their solicitor and always letting us know what was happening.
