I feel from the start they didnt do as said , putting up my house for the agreed amount, questioning me why I dont want to accept 1st offer on 1st viewing .
Communication not so good, not friendly
I wouldn't recommend again after using them twice previously .

We sold our house through Watts and Morgan and were really impressed with their efficiency, knowledge and kindness. The market was very buoyant then fell to completely flat during the time we were trying to sell. We had two sales fall through, one the day before exchange. Throughout, Talia was really helpful with her sound advice and she and Rebecca pulled out all the stops for us. We especially thought their communication was excellent, we always got thorough feedback on viewings very quickly and they were always easy to contact, which made the whole process much less stressful. Jane was also really helpful in progressing our sale, in constant touch with the buyer and their solicitor and always letting us know what was happening. Thank you Watts and Morgan, Talia, Rebecca and Jane made a really stressful time much easier and we're very glad we chose you as our agents!

We would highly recommend Watts & Morgan. Our house was sold quickly and for a value we were happy with. Even though we were in a chain, the completion was speedy and we received regular updates throughout the process. We would definitely use again.

Talia and team are all professional and informed. We have moved several times and have worked with them on many moves they have always given honest appraisals and genuine feedback as well as vetting potential purchasers so you don’t have to. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Firstly, it really helped that office works so tightly together, with everybody well informed on the properties on their books. As with most properties there is a lot of back and forth and the response rate on this was fantastically fast, always someone at the end of the phone (definitely the strong link in the chain). They understand the market, transaction and legal process intricately, and on many occasion gave top notch advice on this that you would struggle to find elsewhere. With the help of Richard and his team, were able to complete on a transaction that might have otherwise been a lot harder had we not gone to Watts & Morgan. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for professional and highly qualified estate agency.
