1st Oct 2024 (7 days ago)Karan was very disrespectful and unprofessional bringing up her leak in the ceiling. I did not get my desired idealistic property. Due to her being a Karan. Black hearted like the rest of them… Avoid using this letting agency at all measures. I’m certain if I had gone with any other letting agency they would have got me in the property. I felt belittled and threatened by her attitude towards me & I’m convinced that she didn’t try her best to explain my savings to the landlord or my start date for my job. I am now left homeless. When I start work in 2 weeks time. With no place to keep my bike. Stop removing my review. As I have been nothing but factual and honest about my experience.

23rd Sep 2024 (15 days ago)I would definitely recommend Harris & Birt. The service we had with Martine when we rented our house out initially was excellent and our tenants were amazing. When we then put the house on the market we regularly spoke to Steph & Harri who gave outstanding service, always with a smile and never to busy to talk to us. Thank you
19th Apr 2024 (25 weeks ago)I feel from the start they didnt do as said , putting up my house for the agreed amount, questioning me why I dont want to accept 1st offer on 1st viewing . Communication not so good, not friendly I wouldn't recommend again after using them twice previously .

The sale and onward purchase wasn’t quite smooth sailing but I knew what was happening every step of the way, I’m never moving again, hopefully, but if I do I would definitely use Daniel Matthew again

25th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)This agent did not provide any terms and conditions. Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how shameful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the shamefully disgusting time these ametures take to sell properties compared to other local agents. DISGRACEFUL service from an incompetent and out of touch, arrogant estate agent.
16th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)Had an amazing experience viewing a property where I met Samuel Marmont at the door of the property where he was smart and approachable and friendly were he introduced himself and welcomed me into the property where he was very knowledgeable of the property and friendly and professional. He explained everything to what the property has to offer and what the land lords are like. I would highly recommend use John Francis and Samuel marmont to be someone you deal with.

18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

30th Sep 2024 (8 days ago)We were slightly nervous at the suggestion of an offers between valuation but we felt we could trust Steven, It certainly paid off when we were offered over what we were hoping for. The communication throughout gave us confidence and the whole experience felt that it was more than just transactional. Will definitely be recommending Number One.
2nd Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys

They are a dedicated team, whereas, other agents lack the motivation to push the message out. They are very knowledgable in relation to the property markets, and as this is their sole business, and not belonging to a corporate office, this drives their passion to be successful in achieving and end result, whether in sales or lettings. Ashleigh and Conrad are very approachable and understanding in a clients needs, as well as offering the best advise regarding direction, movement and protocol regarding managing the property. I believe and trust the Barry team to deliver the best service one would expect from a property agent. You may try the rest, but, I advise to try the best! First!.
11th Sep 2024 (27 days ago)WAYNE! Honestly this man is an absolute angel! We viewed so many houses over the course of a few months, multiple with Wayne. Every viewing he was professional, informative and kind! We finally found our dream house and Wayne did everything and more to ensure a seamless purchase journey! He was at the end of the phone day or night and reassured us whenever we were feeling anxious. If we ever decide to sell, Wayne (and nick) will be the guys we go to! Thank you again both, it was an absolute pleasure! When the renovations are done, there’s a cold glass of bubbly waiting for you both in our fridge!
14th Sep 2024 (24 days ago)The guys at Chapmans have assisted me in securing a property to rent and without question it has been the best experience ever regarding dealing with estate agents Lowri, a young trainee at the office was particularly excellent in the way she dealt with me very professional and businesslike, but friendly and very helpful at the same time. She dealt with the whole process superbly. Dane , the manager, was also extremely efficient, polite, pleasant, courteous and extremely prompt They made me feel like i was their only customer. Excellent service guys, well done ???? ????
