4th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Disappointing customer service as a potential tenant. I had a viewing at a property, and was advised to email any queries about the property, which I did that evening. As I didn't receive a response, I sent the same query to another 3 email addresses I had over the next few days, to which I received no response. The property was then removed from their website, reappearing about a week later saying it had been let.
11th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)The team at Savills were all extremely good. I would recommend them to anyone looking to relocate. They kept me informed, they undertook due diligence, were always professional and managed the sale with minimum stress to me. Thank you James.
18th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

19th Apr 2024 (5 days ago)I feel from the start they didnt do as said , putting up my house for the agreed amount, questioning me why I dont want to accept 1st offer on 1st viewing . Communication not so good, not friendly I wouldn't recommend again after using them twice previously .
26th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Jennifer was very helpful with in putting me in touch with Mortgage support, even though we are not buying in Pontypridd Jennifer was helpful in advising us on how to get a mortgage as we are first time buyers and we felt comfortable discussing our needs with Jennifer. I would recommend speaking with Jennifer if you are after advise and support in taking your first steps into the property market.

12th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)

25th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)This agent did not provide any terms and conditions. Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how shameful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the shamefully disgusting time these ametures take to sell properties compared to other local agents. DISGRACEFUL service from an incompetent and out of touch, arrogant estate agent.

Steven visited our home the following day and we had the required information within 48 hours. We would not hesitate to use Steven/Allen & Harris in the future and would recommend them. Thank you

She went far beyond expectations, she chased our useless solicitors who were slow and delayed our completion due to not processing the grant of probate that they were sent in time. Emma made us feel less stressed by reassuring us that things would happen and did???? a great asset to your company and highly recommend as a result. Thank you so much.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Even when the shortcomings of the conveyancing solicitors became abundantly clear toward the end, she chased and harried all parties to get it over the line and we're very grateful to her and the rest of the HRT staff. Recommended!
