Just rang about booking a viewing. The property I wanted to look at was under offer.. couldn't get me off the phone quick enough..didn't even try to take details to see if they had any other properties I'd be interested in.. poor customer service... made me feel like I was a nuisance. Wouldn't ever buy a house with them now even if it was my ideal home!

useless website and agent. Nothing to let. What are they there for?? Staff could barely take their eyes off their screens when I entered to make enquiries about a house to let.
